�@�@I was born in Nan-tou, Taiwan in 1967. My families are my mother and two elder brother. I began to attend military school when I was fifteen years old. I have served Chinese Air Force for ten years, when I entered the college. In 1984, I assigned the Chia-yi Air Base . I served as the repairer of fighter jets, which endeavored to safeguard Taiwan air sovereignty. I was transferred to another post at Shui-Nan Air Base, Tai-chung in 1986. In addition to work with a leader of repair class on airplane, I was lucky to participate the guidance work for soldiers. During this period, I have learnt a lot of both administration and helping experiences, I also received a Chung-Chin medal from the Ministry of National Defence. On the other hand, I felt deeply that own lacking in knowledge and began to explore individual growth. Therefore, I decided to offer the demobilization from military in 1994 and attended the University Entrance Examination.

�@�@I was lucky to pass the examination and entered into the Special Education Department of National Taiwan Teachers College (NTNTC). During my time at college, I learned good knowledge of philosophy an psychology, in addition to related theories of special education. I had a strong interest in them and spent much of my spare time in reading. On the other hand, I devoted a great deal of my time and energy in taking part with growth groups and courses of counseling volunteer, in order to reach the purposes of self-help and helping. I became more conscious of the distance between my own hobby, ability and value. Furthermore, in the summer of 1997, I obtained "The Undergraduate Participated in Research Project from National Science Council ", the main purpose of the study was intended to explore the effect of Sandplay Therapy for children with learning disabilities. The study giving me opportunity that I can make a contribution to school-aged children with disabilities. Due to the study, I was received a Research Creativity Award from the National Science Council, R.O.C. in 1998. Later, I attended the sixth European Congress of Psychology in Italy and presented poster paper at the Clinical Psychology Division in 1999.

�@�@After graduating form NTNTC, I began my intern teaching at Lung-An Elementary School, Taipei in 1998. I had to learn the teaching skill of Special Education Resource Class as well as the administrative work. I also served as a leader of Career Plan Group for the student 5th and 6th graders. At this time, I become more aware of the problems of student, and recognized my limitation of treatment. So I hoped to go to the graduate institute for further study in psychology, widening my scope of professional knowledge.

�@�@I was admitted to the Graduate Institute of Psychology, National Chengchi University (NCCU) in 1999. In order to help more people, I chose major in the area of Community Psychology, which will play an important role on psychological profession and social development in future. In addition to related graduate program of theory and practice, I have actively participated in many academic groups and conferences. I was a student affiliate of APA, APAGS, CPA, CGA and MHAT. Currently, I have a great interest in professional areas of Community Psychology, Preventive Psychology and Ecological psychology, as well as the Crisis Intervention of homelessness and adolescent. My short-term goal is to study more and accumulate view of interdisciplinary, and my long-term goal is to set up a community mental health center for indigenous populations in Taiwan.
