Notes and Issues:

The X-Arcade and the USB Adapter.

As reported by another Mac user, there is an issue with using the X-arcade and the USB adapter with the Macintosh .

The problem is an annoying freezing while using the X-arcade with the Mac.

After emailing X-Gaming, this is what their solution is:

USB problems

Why does the controller stick or stop when being held in one direction or
holding one button for an extended period of time when using the USB
adapter?

Open up word or notepad and press the ESC and F key at the same time. Make
sure the keyboard is plugged in through the USB adapter when you do this.
You should see a version number show up on the screen. This will solve the
problem.

Fine, if you have a PS/2 Keyboard lying around--but since we are talking about Macs--I only have a USB keyboard on my eMac and I'm using an ADB keyboard and mouse on the gaming machine.

I'm going to have bring the Y-adapter to work or borrow a PS/2 Keyboard to "fix" this.

Hopefully it will fix it once and I don't have to repeat this process again.
