Monterey (April 2001)
these pictures were taken a long long time ago, just to try out my camera and do an assignment for myself... dang drove all the way down there... and i didnt really organize the photos and didnt scan them into the comp (cuz i didnt have a scanner b4). i used ISO 800 film for these photos... didnt expect them to turn out this nice... garrrr i also forgot to turn that date thing off so ull see the date marks on almost every pic, my apology~

Monterey Bay Aquarium! a frame inspired by postcards and mr. ferrante... in which i dropped the first class in my life - Calculus ... this is the main tank of the aquarium (spring time)

see otters! they are pretty cool & pretty cute~ too lazy tho not swimming around but taking their nap... note they float on their backs

how do u call these?? i forgot... coral reefs plants...??? i just like the color of the pic

fishies spinning around, never stop...

wowhohohoh! one of the best photos i have ever ever taken! i didnt expect the metering would turn out to be this excellent ~ nice color! u know the jelly exhibit is really dark inside and its very difficult for metering... hahah but i did it! skill~ i didnt even use flash! ISO 800 rules!

another masterpiece... look at the contrast of the picture...~~ look at how graceful the jelly fish turns.... hahahahahah... i swear the actual picture is even better if u see it, i think the scanner still somehow distorted the contrast and layers of the pic

moon jelly fish... they looked like UFOs to me, especially with this background.... if it's not all the lightings in the tank, u won't be able to see these transparent moon jellies... hahah see the date? 4/16/01

movin on to carmel... some flowers that i saw on the beach side... an good example that things that are often unnoticed can look beautiful under experts lenses ~hahahahhah yea rite, u can even be one!... photography is fun!

17-mile drive... pebble beach golf link #18, should be where tiger woods won his PGA champ or US Open or something... i dun kno about golf... hmmm the outline of this cypress contrasts the blue california sky and the green gress~~~~~

beach off carmel... it wasnt actually that dark, but i adjusted the light to get this nice, kick-back-relax tone.

All pictures were taken by Chun Lee, & scanned without any computer modification.
