A Manifesto of Fanatic Apathy?

Introduction

The 6^th Draft of Neither the Government nor the Population was written between April 1995 and July 1997. It is partly a response to the Oklahoma City Bombing and its aftermath. As I know several direct physical and psychological victims of the bombing, I was angry at its perpetrators and revolted at the exploitation of their deaths by both the media and government. (Sound familiar?) I began to write. Most everything else follows. I will let this work speak for itself.
