Blockbuster Entertainment Awards
Let's see, *NSYNC won three out of four awards that they were nominated for. Not bad, not bad...not bad at all. It was hilarious when they went up to accept that the folks just kept piling the awards up on that podium, 15 awards in all:). People said Justin was rude because he shoved JC out of the way. Eh...okay, but from my oh so limited perspective they were having fun, even if I do think Justin and JC have a secret agenda against each other. I mean Chris interrupted JC too, no one got caught up on that.
And then backstage Chris said something about his beef which I didn't quite get.
I have to mention that LeAnne Rimes was there and performed "Can't Fight the Moonlight," a song that I love, 'cause I liked the movie and LeAnne did great on the song. But...it wasn't all that good of a performance this time. I dunno how to describe it; She was deathly flat at some parts and there wasn't that much energy. I guess I'm just so used to pop divas swinging their arms around and bursting with that "LOVE ME! PLEASE LOVE ME! LOVE ME OR I'll SPANK YOU!!!" attitude but I was disappointed. I like LeAnne Rimes, but she didn't impress me this time. Sorry.
What else to say? I actually have a lot to say about a lot of things but none of them really concern *NSYNC so I guess you won't get to hear about them! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Oh, but Christina's hair did give me a heart attack.
TRL At Your House
So what have we learned today?
*Lance & Joey movie is out in August or September. They only have five more days of filming.
*Their single, thought to be "Dirty Pop," is now back to just "Pop." Which is out late April/early May.
*Their album...well the official release date is supposed to be 6/26, but JC said June or July. Which is kinda like saying 6/26 anyway in Chasezspeak. Keep faith, even though we operate on *NSYNC Time there shouldn't be a change...:)
Celebrity is meant to symbolize how being a Celebrity may not be as cracked up as it looks, which the guys should know very well. There's a downside and an upside to being a celebrity, and people usually just focus on the upside. There's a lot of things going on behind the scenes that people don't realize is going on, and it's ironic for *NSYNC like that because of their status, which is that of a celebrity. People think they have *NSYNC all figured out, in reality they don't. "Celebrity" the song itself is written by the guys and produced by Rodney Jerkins. I really hope I spelled Jerkins right or I'm gonna be embarrassed.
Justin is not doing a solo album.
He does, however, talk too much:).
They mentioned that *NSYNC is going to be working with BT, also something about Brian McKnight. I don't know who BT is, but I believe they're into electronica. Brian McKnight on the other hand I do know who he is, and I can't wait.
MTV really likes to push things over the top, don't they?
I got a headache from watching this, not that I'm horribly against TRL, in fact I think it's kinda cool, but I just a headache:p.
