Phyllis is very special to me. She is a pregnant housefly that hangs out in my kitchen. I only knew her for a few days, but we became close. I would talk to her and let her land on my hand while in the kitchen. She was not afraid of me, as most flies are of people. We were friends and I miss her. She left me without a word and now I am left with no one. Here's to you, Phyllis; here's to you. |
