Background. I've been following SVS since fall of 2000. Then I joined the Home Theater Forum and found that SVS was king over there. Well, after reading countless glowing threads and reviews for SV subwoofers, I decided to start saving! Last summer, I had $900 cash in my hand, but I decided to say no. I'm glad I did, because 1) SV subs have been improved and 2) they're more affordable. Fast foward to April 2002. I'll be home in from school in a couple weeks, so why not come home to a happy family AND a new sub?!
4.18.02. I decided enough was enough, so I tried to order the all new 20-39PCi sub. Well, my credit card was declined, and I think it was because I charged it three times earlier that day! Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow.
4.19.02. Success! Even before I tried my hand at SVS again, Ron, co-founder of SVS, sent a helpful e-mail letting me know what could be done to resolve my issue. Well, everything checked out, and I received my order confirmation e-mail (seconds after I clicked okay). Order No. 3449. Can't wait baby! |
