| VISA & Mastercard are welcome Sitting fees are payable at the time of the sitting. A 50% deposit is required on all packages. The balance is due when packages are delivered. Prints over 20x24 require a $20 handeling fee. Prices include sales tax Rush orders are 25% of net with a maximum of $50. There are no returns on Masterpiece orders. |

| Previews from a wedding or portrait sitting are the property of the studio. To better assist you in the ordering process we keep the previews in the studio for six months. After that we will sell them for $1 each, provided you purchase them all. Otherwise they are $5 each if you want to edit them. The exception to this is any wedding Album Packages. The bride gets first choice to purchase ALL the previews from a wedding at anytime after the wedding in an order book for $5 each preview. |
| The sitting fee covers the cost and expertise involved in making portraits. It does not cover the cost of the previews, package deposit, if any, and finished prints. Our standard studio sitting contains five poses and one outfit change for $35. Add $10 for black & white film or outdoor sittings. Add $15 for location sittings within 10 miles of Macomb. Additional sets of 5 poses are half-price. All our sittings except wedding coverage are guarenteed. If you are not satisfied with the images we create, we will do the sitting over at no charge. |
| Retouching is included in Masterpiece Finish packages which includes removing minor blemishes, shadows under the eyes and softening of age lines, if needed, in ONE SUBJECT and POSE only. Additional retouching such as removing braces, whitening teeth, opening eyes are extra as are additional poses and subjects. There is no retouching in Signature Finish photos. |
| A 50% deposit is required for Wedding Album and Non-Album packages. The deposit HOLDS the wedding date and will apply to the package price for Album Packages ONLY. Non-Album wedding coverage allows you to purchase photos in package or A La Carte form after you see the previews. With Non-Album coverage, the balance is due before the wedding date. |
| HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE PHOTOS? |
| CAN I GET MORE THAN ONE POSE IN A PACKAGE? |
| Re-orders of a package pose may be added at any time. If you want a pose not included in the original package, you can either order a new package or choose individual prints from the Al La Carte pricing. |
| Yes. Each package come with one pose, however you can add more Signature Finish poses for $10 each or $15 each for Masterpiece Finish poses. An alternative is to add your pose onto a package order with Additional Prints. |
| Delivery times for packages or prints vary depending on the finish and photo sizes. With Signature Finish prints we estimate 10-14 days for delivery after the order is placed. Masterpiece Finish prints take from 14-20 days. Photos over 20x24 in size need a few more days for shipping and handling. Holidays and studio back logs may extend the delivery times. |
| We have found that keeping the previews in the studio where everyone can have a chance to view them is the most reliable way to insure quality control in the ordering process. For those who cannot come to our studio in Macomb during regular business hours, we can do the next-best thing by posting the previews from any sitting or wedding on our website. This allows those with internet access to at least see the previews and even place an order on-line if they choose. |
| WHAT IF I DON'T WANT THE PHOTO SIZES LISTED IN YOUR PACKAGES? |
| Packages are priced by the UNIT. A unit is equal to either 1-8x10 or 2-5x7 or 4-4x5 or 8-wallet photos. You can substitute photos in a package for equal units. In other words if you want 1-8x10 instead of 2-5x7 or if you want 1-5x7 and 2-4x5 instead of 8-wallets. |

| The amount of Wedding coverage you want will vary according to the type of events planned. A consultation session prior to the booking will help find the amount and style of coverage that's best for you. Some of the things you need to consider before booking your photographer are touched on with our Wedding Hints & Tips page. A minimum of one hour reception time is included in the Three and Four hour plans ONLY. Extra coverage can be added for $100 per hour.
