Here is the electronic X-Wing that I had just happened to stumble upon in Colorado Springs. This so far it seems to be one of the best kits that I have ahd the pleasure of building yet. Not to add if your soldering skills are lacking just twist all of the light wires together instead of trying to get them on each of the individual contacts. If you have or are now trying to build this one you will know what I am talking about. On the other hand if you will notice that the thrusters kind of give off the "afterburn effect" it is because they came as a clear piece which I stricktly painted the outside a crome color and the back side(or external back side) a transparent red and in turn it gave me silver on the outside, see through red on the inside/ bottom of the thruster yet up close it appears to end up with the effect of an afterburner such as that of a jet engine etc. in short the inside of the burner is clear all the way around. |
