Cereal Beer

 

From Supplier

  5 lbs     Pale Malt

  1 lbs     Wheat Malt

  1 lb       Crystal Malt 60 L

  4 lb       Rice Hulls  (to keep from getting a stuck mash)

  2 oz      Saaz Hops

  1 pkg    Nottingham Yeast

 

From the Grocery Store

  1 box   Wheat Chex

  1 box   Honey Nut Cheerios

  1 box   Corn Flakes

  1 box   Grape Nuts

  1 bag   Puffed Brown Rice

  1 box   Rice Chex   

  1 lb      Honey

 

Grind up all cereal and add to mash with other malts.  Add 1 ounce of Saaz hops at begging of boil.  Add 1 ounce of Saaz hops at last 3 minutes of the boil.  Add Honey at flame out.
