I have listed the books I feel are the
best beer making references
available
The New Complete Joy Of Homebrewing by
Charlie Papazian - This is the homebrewing bible. A must
have.
The Brewmasters Bible by Stephen Snyder - This book is more that half
recipes but don't let that fool you. It covers all aspects of
brewing.
Homebrewing For Dummies by Marty Nachel - This book will show you
everything from setting up your brewery to bottling your first batch of
beer. It is a great reference for the novice or the expert.
Secrets From The Master Brewers by Patrick Higgins, Maura Kate Kilgore,
and Paul Hertlein - This book interviews many of the top brewers in the
industry and is filled with tips and tricks they use.
Beer Captured by Tess and Mark Szamatulski - If you want to clone one
of 150 different commercial brews, this is the book for you.
Clone Brews by Tess and Mark Szamatulski - This is the first book by
the authors and has 150 commercial beer recipes.
North American Clone Brews by Scott R. Russell - This book has many
recipes from American and Canadian breweries.
* I listed the last three books mainly because they are filled
with recipes that you can brew as is or you can use to get ideas on
your own signature
