Variety Selection: Different plants prefer different growing conditions and containers. We can provide a detailed report on what plants to locate where for optimum results.
Tender Documents : We can prepare tender documents for both live and artificial plant purchases and maintenance programs.
Condition Reports: Jean or I will come in and prepare a live plant condition report. It usually takes the form of a detailed inventory( stuff like, variety, size, location , condition, "pest, light, soil, air problems" etc.) . We can also prepare programs to support in-house plant care programs to resolve problems.

Artificial Frescos : A Fresco is painting on plaster, well our frescos are artificial vines (and sometimes fake berries or dried pampas grass or roses ,or or or) on gyprock (or cement pillars :-)
We sell all sizes and formats, of interior plants. We usually visit the site, make a itemized current price list of our recommended selections, order the plants in from interiorscaper oriented green houses, (usually in southern On. sometimes in Florida) repot plants from their shipping/grower pots to durable, colour coordinated pots, deliver, and install .
We use floor, hanging (with adjustable length hangers), desk topper, wall topper, divider/saddlebag, and wall pots. They all come in a variety of colours and finishes.
Artificial Plants: Lobby tree's Assembled by "Chuck and Jean", Plant Partners. We use real wood trunks and install the number, style, and quality of leaf sprays (branches) that you need. We use super strong roclite urn planters (or any other pot) and put a pile of cement in the bottom ( if ordered) for extra stability :) and (if ordered) we will hot glue all the friction fits for extra durability.
Refurbish existing plantings per job (Artificial or Live) This is where we come in and spruce up an old planting.
We no longer provide maintenance ourselves but are willing to prepare in house programs and train staff based on the following.
Light, ventilation, temperature and humidity ( and new carpet, new paint, new plastics, gyprock dust, ice water etc. ) of the environment directly impact and regulate the life cycles of living plants and people. Consistency in plant care is an absolute essential. In the natural state a plant must adjust to varying conditions such as drought, floods, cold , etc. During these difficult cycles the plants health and appearance will also range as strongly. In the office environment conditions remain as stable as your HVAC system ( that's heating, ventilation and air conditioning ) and lighting timers. Your plants will adapt to these cycles with the same consistency in care.
According to the environment and, condition of the plants, weekly visits include WATERING , FERTILIZING, CLEANING , DUSTING , PRUNING , CULTIVATING, STAKING , ROTATING , pest inspection .
Plant Partners provides written reports on request. We have found the best way to ensure your plants health is two way communication , regarding the conditions the plants are experiencing . It is essential for proper care; for example if the HVAC system goes down resulting in a notable temperature change then maintenance needs to know to balance their care. If access to a plant is irregular then we need to find a solution with you to ensure that the plant(s) involved will not suffer. Communication needs to be as swift and simple as possible.
PLANT CARE ESSENTIALS
IDENTIFICATION: Knowing the needs of each variety of plant is the first step of professional plant care. According to the variety, season, light and ventilation the needs of each plant changes and needs to be assessed each maintenance visit to promote health, growth and an attractive appearance.

WATER: Tepid amounts weekly as required . (even in those high curse word to reach hangers offices love so much) A two gallon water jug weighs 20 lbs fully loaded. P.S. that's a clue as to the best weigh :) to tell how much water is in your plant.
FOOD: Plants need food for strength and health. There real food is light Fertilizer is added to the water according to season and variety.
DUSTING : Dust clogs pours; preventing the plant from breathing and drinking. Dusting with a soft cloth or duster should be done weekly especially in winter A mist sprayer is good when safe to use.
PRUNING/STAKING: All plants need to be pruned to some degree to maintain the plants characteristics of shape and fullness.
SOIL CULTIVATION: hands in the dirt roots breath too.
PEST CONTROL PROGRAM : Soap or oil and water only dust free plants stay more pest free
