| Ok, thanks to the Chaos Crew. If I hadn't stumbled on that website, I wouldn't have had so much fun making my own. Dustin for his pictures, character "stone-cold" personalities, and great one-liners during adventures. Greg, for his pictures, ideas, and character creations. And for the adventures that help shape the galaxy. And of course... Mr. L he is the man. |

| Well, this website isn't much (it is my first one actually) but it sure is fun to mess around with. Not as fun as the game is to play... but it gives me something to do when I can't hook up with the other two rollers. We used to play Star Frontiers and Dungeons and Dragons, alternate between the two, and I got tired of the same ole same ole. Granted it is fun to jump back on to some of our old characters and hack some evil wizard to death or something... but that is another story and another website. Greg and I started adding stuff to the Star Frontiers game, more planets, more weapons, more of everything... and at some point I realized that I was using ideas from the Star Wars books I had bought a few years ago for inspiration. So, I sat down, read the rulebook, and cooked up some characters. It is hard to teach an old dog a new trick but I think this new trick is worth it. Star Frontiers is pretty simple... shoot...reaction speed ... shoot ... reaction speed. This game runs a little deeper than that, and it is a lot more fun. This website is for the the other two players, that live a long way off (not just down the street anymore), for my own personal satisfaction, and for anyone who happened to find their way here. Well, always something newer comes along, and with the D20 system from Wizards of the Coast, we have switched over. I was against it at first... but now that I've played it some and given it a shot, it is great. I also have some help with the Star Wars Gamer magazine that I get, that always gives me more ideas... But anyway. This website will have stats from both game systems and will slowly but surely end up as a D20 website with a few leftover D6 stats here and there. And if you just happened on this website and have something to say (good or bad) about all of this... email me. My address is "[email protected]". And if you are looking around for a really good Star Wars website... you have got to go and check out www.the-chaos-crew.com. Now that is some fun. On May 8th, 2001, the Chaos Crew put this website address in the star wars links section. Thanks. I owe you one. |
