Deck the Halls with Boughs of Holly...
This was by far the most tedious task I've had to do.  Mostly it was because of making so many wreaths and embossing so many cards.  I mentioned earlier that I had made three different wreaths.  Due to not having enough materials to make all 32 cards the same, I had to use three different kinds of paper.  MaKe the wreaths by crumpling up a strip of green paper about 10 in. (24 cm) long and then twisting it in a loose spiral.  Then fold it in half.  The paper should already be twisted enough so that it natrually twists together (the shape is kinda like a double helix).  Loosely twist the strip again and make a circle.  Glue the circle together and then start decorating the wreaths.
I experimented with tissue paper, "soft" cardboard and construction paper.  The easiest kind of paper to handle/twist/glue together was the tissue paper, but it didn't give as much of a a "rugged" wreath look as say the construction paper.  The soft cardboard was actually too stiff to twist and ended up ripping when you tried to shape it.  I thought the construction paper was the best kind of material to use because it's not as flimsy as the tissue paper, but firm enough to shape.  It's also easy to glue together.
Decorating the wreaths was rather easy.  For the red bows, I used wire and bent them into shape.  I added some beads and voila, the wreath was decorated.  The "Merry Christmas"s were also done by hand.  I used the
new embossing kit that I had recently bought.  You can see the tools that I used from the embossing kit in the picture at the top.
