| Chubes 12: Getting slower, and not producing as much, but still chugging along a path of success! This month I will have more time to give you people what you want! November: 11-2-05 I broke another record in October. October became the second most updated month in Chubes12's history, and September right before it remains the most updated month by only a single day! I've given everything much thought, and I have a feeling Peace Sucks 2 will change alot before I release it. I don't think having a dispute between a family, which are the only survivors of a world is good enough for a new comic series, and I don't think it will make it. Furthermore I think that it will not be a flooded world that they are in, but a frozen world that they are in, because another ice age seems more appealing, and I don't like the idea of them being the only survivors, or of them having bad blood. I think they might rival some of each other by choices, not by blood, and I think other human beings influencing them would make for a better story. Also it came to my attention that Damion is a demonic name, and Black can also be a demonic name, so Damion Black is no longer something I want to use for a name, especially of the main character. His name may become Darren Black now, because I rather like the name Darren, and I don't, once again, want the public to get a bad image of my comics off of the words, Peace Sucks, Damion, or Black, and getting rid of Damion is the best move, and if I ever release these comics for sale, I will change Peace Sucks to Peace Sword, as a way to keep a good public eye. Also other things would probably be editted out, such as Joe killing his dad, and Joe becoming suicidal. I'm not saying I want to sell these for money, but it is becoming a consideration as these are becoming more, and more my life's greatest delight. Sadly I haven't yet worked on the beginning, and ending comics yet, but I'm glad I at least got the Peace Sucks Extra's out of the way to at least show that I'm not completely behind the times. In other news I compacted this front page again squeezing all the documents together, and I changed the age text from 1 and 2/3 years and counting, to 1 and 5/6 years and counting, unfortunatly I didn't change the age to 1 and 3/4 years and counting like I should have last month! Oh, and of course I moved all the October updates to the old news Year 2 Part II section of the website, and I moved the Old Updates Link to the Site Sections area on the left side of the page! 11-4-05 Today marks the 2 month mark till this websites 2nd birthday! In commoration of this month anniversary I give you guys the Diabloooo Collection, which combines all the Diabloooo's into one page. I also combined all the Spar Wars pages into one, which makes them a whole lot more interesting, and I am releasing Spar Wars III for the first time in this collection, because there was never a link to it in the first place, I'm truly sorry about that, but believe me you didn't miss anything its pretty dissapointing after the looking at the first two. I hope to do this one more time with the Animal Spoofination pages, but after that I will be done making collections, because I'm close to running out of spoofs to combine now! I can't when I will release more Peace Sucks Comics, but I hope to soon! I've been busy with homework, and end of the quarter stuff in school, so I haven't been able to do much on the website lately. I've also been experimening on an RPG Video Game Maker lately, as well as playing my new game Resident Evil Zero, so I haven't had much time for this site, and almost forgot about the monthly update this month, so I hope to update more soon, but don't be surprised if I fall a little behind. I'm sorry for the shortness of this monthly update, its just that I said almost everything that I wanted to say in my last update for the beginning of the month, so I made up for the lack of text, with updates, which are just as good anyways. 11-6-05 I made Street Fight 8, and Ninja Fight 11 this weekend! Ninja Fight 10 I never released, and I probably won't release Ninja Fight 11 either, as there is no space for them. Street Fight 8 is on my Pivot site, and it used up a very large amount of the tiny space left on that website, so I might not be able to put anything more on that website. Anyways Street Fight 8 wrapped up the loose ends of the Street Fight series, and gave the series a more suitable end then Street Fight 5 ever did, it is a sequel to Street Fight 5. I tried to give the series a story so it ended up in this order 4, 7, 1 = 2 = 3, 5 = 6, 8. That means 4 explains the first ones bodyguard. 7 adds more to the first one's story before it. 1, 2, and 3 happen at the same time. 5 pulls 1, 2, and 3 characters together into a large fight, with 6 happening at the same time. Then 8 pulls together all the survivors of the previous fights into one final fight. I also out of serious boredom typed up a huge part of the The Peace Sucks Story, which is what the Peace Sucks comics from the death of Phil Black up to Goerge getting the sword is based off of, this has been added to the comics website, and since it was just a bunch of drafts I had to edit alot of stuff out. Now, my Peace Sucks story is about 4 pages typed, and there is other stuff left to type, but it's all about the sci fi origins of their family, and it's not about story I've typed up so far. This is the 120th Update. 11-10-05 I decided, with a day off, to just go ahead, and combine all the Animal Spoofination pages together into one page like everything else on the spoof page. Well, with that done I've finished cleaning up the spoof page, and now what's next is to start making sequels to some of those old pages, or to make completely new pages. Animal Spoofination has alot of potential for sequels, Me Homies is running a bit dry for sequels as I like to make pages off of personalities of characters, and I express their personalities, but when there is only about three characters that all like cooking, and four characters that like electronics how could I make good pages for them. The truth is I can't. The only themes for Me Homies that I have enough characters at the moment for are a food theme, and a sports theme. I already had a mini sports theme in Me Homies 6, within the mess of information. Me Homies 7 was the food theme, so I will try to make a Me Homies 8 surrounding a pure sports theme, but I'm unsure if I have enough material for a Me Homies 9 as of now though. Animal Spoofination has alot of potencial though, because there are alot of characters that I haven't used yet. Oh by the way I saw a Where's George $1 bill two days ago, but the guy gave it away, and I only just saw it. Yes, it means those are getting quite popular where I live. If you ever see one GO TO THE WEBSITE! Anyways end up update! 11-13-05 I have nothing to post this time! Nothing at all, except a note of progress! Yes, I'm finally working on drawing all those comics that have been up in the air waiting to become new comics! I've drawn the first 3 comics of the first 10 comics, and I've drawn the last 5 comics of the of the last 10 comics. I could draw out those last 5 comics, and post them, but I haven't drawn the comics that lead up to them, and they could so easily change with new comics in front of them. I'm pretty happy with them, but I don't want to post them in the state they're in without giving them a future chance to become better comics. Also I don't want to post the last 5 comics with the comics in the middle completely absent, because that would be terrible. Once I finish all 10 of the last 10 comics, or at least the first 5 comics of the first 10 comics then I will make some computer comics for my website! In case your wondering the 10 prequel comics I've been working on today are coming out much better then expected, and are sure to be interesting. Fortunatly, the story on my comic site details nicely what happens in those prequel comics, so you should have a good idea what is ahead. Update: I scanned, and posted the last 5 comics of Peace Sucks onto my comic website. Keep in mind that is the roughdraft, and the final draft should likely look better, maybe make a little more sense, but will at least match the other comics. Well, there don't complain people. Now, you can see the roughdraft of 5 of the last 10, and can read about most of the first 10. I don't know when I will publish the final product yet, but try to let that tide you over in the meantime. 11-15-05 I added scans of my ALTTP stuff onto my ALTTP site today! I'm thinking about scanning more of my games for some of my other sites as well. Otherwise I have nothing new to say! Okay, I do have a bit more to say then that. I updated my C12: Random Website with a Survival Kids Series Page, a Trace Memory Page, a small update to the Animal Crossing Series page with info on Animal Crossing DS: Wild World, and by adding scans of my NES games to my NES Favorites Page. Yes, now that is a nice amount of updating to one of my rarely updates websites if you ask me. About my Peace Sucks Comics I haven't made any more today, or yesterday. I hope to make some more soon, but I'm not one to rush myself when I'm clearly not in the mood. Just wait till boredom strikes, then I will make some more. 11-17-05 Boredom didn't strike this time. This time it was pride that struck. I drew those last 2 comics, and now the rough drafts are done, and scanned onto the computer. This leaves only 10 comics left to draw. I have no idea when I will re-draw these comics on the computer, but I hope that happens soon. Anyways I've made rough drafts of 10 of the 20 that I've made plans for, for lately, and I will work on the last 5 prequel comics first, then I will either work on putting all 10 into final forms, or I will make the rough drafts for the 5 ending comics that haven't yet been made. To see the scans of the 5 newly completed drafts look at my comic website. I've had alot of inspiration lately, since working on 2 simulataneous projects both including Peace Sucks Characters began. These are school projects of course, but I must admit one is a nice close-up of Josh falling onto a stone floor, and the other is a whole collage of different art styles of most likely ALL the Peace Sucks Cast, in full detail, NOT stick figures. 11-19-05 Today started about 2 minutes ago I had intended to update yesterday, but I ended up updating today. Anyways I have done 2 school art projects simulateously, and have drawn alot of Peace Sucks Pictures, because I've really been thinking while doing all of this drawing. Both projects included Peace Sucks. I did alot of sketches that I didn't use as well, and these will prove interesting. I realized I need to talk about not only Josh as a child, but about Josh's point of view during the comics where he hunts down Joe. That means I may end up making about 10 new half comics to talk about his journey, as well as some new comics to talk about Pat. I need to be honest though, the early story is about Joe, and Josh. If I mention Pat, that will be good, and fine, but the story is not about Pat, so I'm not going to focus much energy on him, other then his early life in a comic, or two. That means I may end up making about 5 more comics concerning Josh, and Pat, then I at first thought I would. I also realized how little I know about the sword they all use, where it came from, who made it, ect. I don't even know what it's called. I might end up making a small series just about that sword, which won't involve the Black Family at all. I drew alot about it, so I've come to the conclusion that a Japanese Swordsmith made it, but killed alot of people with it. He died disappearing without a trace leaving the sword hidden, and imbeded in a stone, within a cave. A hundred years, or more passed, and then an archaelogist found it, and took it through the channels, eventually getting it to the museum. Then, the mafia man, steals it snapping it in half. This brings us up to speed with George's little adventure. As time has passed I don't know about a Peace Sucks 2, I just don't like the idea's that have come up so far. I want to continue perfecting Peace Sucks, by adding more comics, and revising, and editting the comics already out. I will try to make some more rough drafts soon. I've found that redrawing old comics is not very fun, and takes alot of time on the side, but redoing old texts in the old comics doesn't take long at all, and is necessary. I redid the texts in the first 10 comics consisting of Peace Sucks I - V 1/2. There wasn't much text, but I improved some of the text, and overall made it more readable with regular typed text replacements, and yes I editted out a sware word, as I don't like being as open as I used to be. I have done the same thing with my Spoof Compilations, I edit out sware words, because I'm not as hidden as I once was, and it is more necessary, then it used to be. I will redraw those comics hopefully someday, but that isn't too important right now. I already redrew the first comic last year, so I have a good idea of what those 10 comics will look like, but I don't know when I will get around to actually redrawing them. Update: Hmm.. It's been almost 24 hours since I last updated, but it's still the same day. Oh well! Anyways I did a bit more tweaks to the comics that I editted yesterday, and now all the text is done. I also tweaked Zero's text a bit more. That's just the little work I did, the larger work I did was editting all the text in document 4's set of 5 comics, which is XI - XV. Yes, I skipped VI - X, because the text is so bad, I may completely redo it. Yeah, VI- X will most likely be redone to help expand the Josh side story, so those won't be editted for awhile. Oh, I just completed the text for XVI - XX, which I added ALOT of text to, which really added alot to Josh's side story. When I make half comics for him I might re-edit some to these, but in the mean time here they are. 11-22-05 It's been a few days now. I got an interesting update, two eleven's, followed by two, two's in the update, date. Anyways I did a long awaited for update. I made Favorite Pivot II to store some of the pivot's that were lost in transmition. Now, Ninja Fight 10, and Ninja Fight 11 can be viewed on Favorite Pivot through direct links to the pivot's on Favorite Pivot II. I'm going to put the Peace Sucks Pivots on there as well. I tried they are on Pivot II, and off Comics, but I have to wait for more bandwidth. In addition to releasing Ninja Fight 10 + 11 from the vault, I also released Emotion, which is a pivot I made, and forgot about, while the other 4 random pivots got full attention this one was left behind. No more, you can see it now, on Favorite Pivot II. I might do more Text work soon, or I might make more comics soon. I "might" even work on my ALTTP Walkthrough some more, who knows, but I'm not doing anything more today, that's for sure. 11-24-05 I decided to play The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time: Master Quest finally again today! I beat the Shadow Temple, and begin my ascent into Ganon's Tower. When I finally finish that game I will have only Legend of Zelda: Quest 2, Adventure of Link, Oracle of Seasons, Oracle of Ages, and Four Swords Adventures left to beat. Also I've given my Peace Sucks Comics, as well as my Mafia Comics some thought. I want to make more Mafia Comics, as well as more Peace Sucks Comics. In my Peace Sucks Comics I want to explore the cast a bit more. As you might have noticed Peace Sucks is about the men, and the Black Family in general. They have had no daughters, and won't have daughters, period. If they do, it won't happen in the series. For that reason I'm not exploring the women's lives. For the men, I have explained Joe quite throughly as he is the center of the story. Pat is Joe's side kick, and replacement, so I want to further explore him, but there isn't much to say for him. Josh is an important part of the first part of the series, and is more important, then I used to think, so he will get a small bunch of half comics to jigsaw him into the series, very much like when Joe, and Pat switched back, and forth for awhile. George, and Michael have become very important to the series as well, and need some half comics to bridge the gap between their youth, and current age. Peace Sucks is not all about the Black Family though, they're enemies are important to the story as well. I especially want to further develope The Mafia Ring Leader, and even try to discover his first name. In addition to that I want to make the series better as a whole, by making alot more comics, changing the textual story as much as possible to better connect the comics as a whole. I even want to redraw all the comics if I can to possibly get rid of the stick figure effect. I let you know some of my intentions, and reflections, but keep in mind some of that might change, as whenever I share knowledge, most things change, or aren't done at all. 11-25-05 The Thanksgiving Season really inspired inspiration this year! By the way happy Thanksgiving Weekend everyone! Anyways I finally beat The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time: Master Quest today! This leaves The Legend of Zelda: Quest 2, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons, Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages, and Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures left to beat before the launch of The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess. Zelda Quest 2, Adventure of Link, and Four Swords Adventures I'm not likely to beat before then, but the two Oracle games might be promising. I can also count BS Zelda 1, and BS Zelda 3, or even the many games like the 3 Panasonic games, the Game + Watch games, or the fighting game with link, but I don't want to waste my time on most of those. Well, here ends today's update even though nothing new has been done for the site. Update: I got James Bond: From Russia With Love a few hours ago. It is the best game in the whole James Bond Video Game Franchise so far! The graphics are amazing, the voice-overs are great, and the gameplay has seen a return of the fun factor, which was absent in the previous two games, but intact in the two before that. Get this game, it's a great FPS! 11-27-05 I did the text for Peace Sucks XXVI - XXXV a total of 10 comics to recieve the text overhaul treatment! Yes, I indeed skipped Peace Sucks Comics XXI - XXV, because those 5 in addition to VI - X had so many things that needed to be changed that I'm almost too afraid to change them, until I can completely remake them, because to make them better I will have to delete them, and make absolute new comics to replace them! That isn't something I can do with simple text updates, so I left them alone! Excluding the 10 comics that I mentioned to be left alone, I have 10 more comics to text edit, and then I will be done! I also finished placing links on my Comics Site, so now you can access ALL Peace Sucks Pivot Cartoons! With the 10 comics editted today, I gave Pat some real personality traits, where he didn't have any before, I also gave alot more emotion, as well as meat to the conversations, so hopefully the comics benefited greatly from these text edits today! Update: I gave all the comics with text edits so far, a once over. Naturally I found mistakes. I found one mistake in -IX - -V, and that was a hand written police on the helicopter, so it's been text editted. I also found 2 mistakes in -IV - 0 those were that sadly George never met Joe before his adoption. George is a hermit with no connections to Michael. George never saw Michael after the meeting with him before Joe's birth, and they aren't going to again, so I editted it to, "I wonder if he knows who I am.", instead of him saying I wonder if he remembers me. The other mistake was that the thing saying now you're my heir was pointing to Joe instead of George. It is now George saying that the way it should have been. The last thing I changed was in III - V 1/2, where there was a handwritten Nuclear Plant. I text editted it of course. There you have it, now everything looks great that has been text editted. Chubes 12: Sites hibernating, comics thriving! A month of more thriving ahead! All news from November, and earlier post are in the Old News Section! December: 12-1-05 Good times are ahead! Animal Crossing DS: Wild World is coming out on the 5th of this month! That's three days away, as today is almost over! I can't wait to talk about it here, and I'm sure I will have alot of good things to say. Don't worry my Peace Sucks Comics haven't been abandoned... yet! I've been working on the text for the last 5 comics today as a matter of fact, but unfortunatly I got delayed, and only finished half of the text change, but I will say that they are sounding pretty good so far. Oh yeah, I've been slowly changing my process as I've moved from one comic to another. I want to add text, as well as make old text better. That means I may go back to give some of the already editted comics a bit more text. Also before I work on making the drawings neater, or more detailed I want to first edit their heads, and hair, as that is definatly the worst part in my opinion. Concerning the new comics, I haven't worked on them since this editting of old comics began, but these old comics feel really new now, so I think this isn't too much of a problem, as I'm frequently updating them. Also Final Fantasy IV, and Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows are coming out this month as well! Those should be promising as well! 12-2-05 Animal Crossing is basically 2 days away, as today is now almost over! I meant to release this a few hours ago, but I got side tracked by browsing the net. Here is Peace Sucks XLI - XLV with the new text! It is on my comics site. Whew, now all, but the 10 comics I purposefully skipped due to very bad script, are completely trasferred into the new text style, and there is alot of new content, and alot of revised, and extended content in all of these old comics. I even plan on going back a bit more to the first batch of converted comics, and working on improving them up to the edited quality of the recent batch of converted comics. Basically cleaner drawings, consisting of detailed heads, not black balls. Also I specifically want to re-edit the original 10 comics as they have very little text, and almost TOO much violence, so I will try to bring those up to modern standards. Not, toneing it down too much, but by giving it the story it never had. I hope the new feel to Peace Sucks is appreciated by at least some of you. I know I've told myself to not care, but I really do care. I want to know I have fans of this site, and of Peace Sucks. If you're out there leave a message in the guestbook, or email me sometime. 12-4-05 Now, the 1 and 5/6 years old sign is "actually" correct for the first time. Yes, I goofed when I put that up last month. Animal Crossing comes out tomorrow. I won't get it until the following day, because Game Crazy / Hollywood Video, doesn't put games on the shelf till the "following day". Anyways only two months until the two year anniversary of this website. I haven't been active with the updates lately, because I've recently given Mario 64 DS, a new chance at being beaten. In the past week I raised my star total out of 150 from 114 to 127, and I have completely cleared the first 12 levels out of 15, with only a coin star in Levels 13 + 14 each. I hate Level 15, so I can't say much towards my progress there. With Peace Sucks I haven't made much progress in the past few days. 12-6-05 Animal Crossing DS: Wild World... one word! Amazing! It is absolutely amazing the music has newer better music, and old music with new remixed themes. The music is much better. The graphics? The graphics are way more detailed then on Game Cube, they have shading, details, indents, lighting effects. This is literally Animal Crossing on Steroids it is incredibly better in every way. You can now where hats, and can do, and see things that weren't in the original, but always felt missing. Now, you have a bed, and towns people want to challenge you to one on one competitions. This game has everything the original had, and everything in didn't have, but should have. This game is great, if you don't have, get it! The wi-fi is a bit dissapointing though. Strangers can't visit you, only your friends, and it really shouldn't be that way, but that's how these things go. The coolest graphical feature is how the town is circular. literally if your at the far south the north is on the other side of a rounded hill, and slowly builds on the horizon as you go farther north, until it becomes perfectly flat when you arrive there. This game really does build up, where the other doesn't. You start out with only 3 neighbors, and you have no money, unlike before. The other already had a town, where this one doesn't really. Now, your house really feels like a house. You have a telephone, a bed, a candle, and a radio, with a card board box, in your house when you start. As you make more of your characters they all separate beds in your house, so you can make a whole family in your house. There's just alot of little things like that, that really make this game better then it's prequel. This game is a genuien sequel people, don't think it's like mario 64 ds, it's better then that. This is basically a sequel, and a remake. Time has gone on, the previous towns people from the first game have learned from before, have similar, but newer things to say, and reflect on older happenings. As if this really does happen later in their lives. 12-9-05 Time goes quickly, I can say this, because I'm not updating hardly at all, and christmas is in only a few short weeks. The end of 2005 isn't much further either. I'm updating today, because I'm happy to say, I made Ninja Fight XII today! It was inspired upon, when I saw an old friend watching Ninja Fight's X + XI today during school. I figured if they meant that much, that he would watch them during school instead of other things, that heck they must be not complete junk, and must be worth making, so here it is a new one, and I'm tired of the slow movements, so this one has both slow, and fast speeds, it is also quite a bit shorter from having faster speeds. This means it is a smaller document, and will use less bandwidth then the previous two Ninja Fight's. Also I shrunk down the time delay on all three of those, because they are so slow that they can't match up with their predecessors speeds without being really slow, so now there is no time delay, they play at normal sequences, unlike previous Editions. Hopefully they will play faster, and be more enjoyable. Also Ninja Fight XII seems a bit short, so it might get an extension someday, who knows. Also some of the older Ninja Fight's have missing loop holes that need fixing. Ninja Fight 8 for instance has one guy that escapes. This is not Joe Black from Peace Sucks, this is an evil Joe Black that kills for fun, he CAN'T let that guy escape. Check out all these on my comics websites. SORRY GUYS! THIS IS WHAT YOU WERE WAITING FOR, THIS IS THE GIFT FOR THE MONTH, THERE WASN'T ONE BEFORE. ENJOY NINJA FIGHT XII! IT'S ONLY 5 DAYS LATE, SO DON'T BE TOO HARSH! 12-10-05 Yes, once inspired I go crazy! I gave Ninja Fight X a HUGE extended ending, so big in fact that it went from about 650 slides to about 950 slides! This extra scene should help to clear up the sudden reappearance of Joe in Ninja Fight XI. It should also make Ninja Fight X a bit more enjoyable, as most things are with extended footage. Ninja Fight 2 got a small extension of about 5 slides, because I forgot to make Joe disappear in that one. I still think Ninja Fight 8, and Ninja Fight XII could use some more slides, but not today! I've decided that my pivots are nice enough that they need short descriptions on my website, so that's going to happen soon. Update: I made the Short Descriptions on my Pivot site, of all the Pivots so far! 12-12-05 My email is up, so email me, but don't forget to remove the "remove me". If anyone abuses that I will "remove" my email, and it will nolonger be up. It's actually been up for awhile, now it has no link though, and has an added "remove me", so as to get rid of potential spammers, but beware. Anyways email me sometime, about updates that you want, and so on. Anyways I added up my Website Pivot onto my Pivot site, as it is basically a Ninja Fight IX version 2, and even includes the two of them fighting just like in Ninja Fight IX, so it's worth putting up. 12-13-05 I gave Ninja Fight XII a huge extended ending, but now it feels like it was extended, and isn't so much longer now that it feels great like Ninja Fight X did, and the story isn't justified like in Ninja Fight X, but hey I said I would make the extension so here it is. Another guy joins the fight against Joe, but Joe is holding a Rocket Launcher. With 2 rockets closing in no person stands a chance. This guy did damage though, more damage to Joe, then any other enemy so far. He redirected one of the rockets causing the entire rocket laucher to explode. Joe isn't too happy about his crippled rocket, but to be honest I was done with Ninja Fight in X, and that's why I killed him, and had such a depressing edition out of it. I ended up making XI anyways though, and now I've decided to get creative to make them new again. That's why Joe is now more vulnerable. Joe's equipment can be damaged now. Joe can get hurt now. Joe's enemies can last longer now, and can put up a better fight. Joe's enemies in XII are actually faster then Joe. Keep in mind I'm trying to make the Ninja Fight's better, not worse. 12-16-05 I extended Ninja Fight 8 like I said I hoped to do. I messed some of the extension up, so I had to change a few things to make it, make sense. My suggestion is that his seizures are due to the sudden growth at the beginning. I will let you guys decide what you think about the extended ending. I have some bad news between the two FavoritePivot Sites, I have almost no bandwidth, so the next Ninja Fight might not fit at all. Also this might prevent more extensions. Ninja Fight 6 + 9 can't be extended as I deleted the original files, sorry about that. Ninja Fight 5 + 7 are my favorites, so they aren't getting any extensions either. I could extend XI, but I like XI, so that won't happen either. 2, 3, + 4 are just, well, too old to make good extensions. My style has changed significantly, so it just can't happen. 1, as you know, was remade. 8, X, + XII were extended. Now, with all that done, I'm happy, and might stop work on Ninja Fight for awhile. I hope to start my Peace Sucks Comics up again, with all of my Pivot energy mostly gone. 12-21-05 Winter Break!!! Yes, Merry Christmas, Honukah, ect. everyone! I had snow for 2 days, which were Sunday, and Monday. I beat Chrono Trigger, and have recently played Runescape, and Animal Crossing: Wild World. On Christmas I hope to get Dragon Quest VIII, Final Fantasy IV Advance, and Mario Kart DS. I will tell you guys more about them later, when I get them, but no promises, because I might forget. I've played the other versions of Final Fantasy IV, and have heard this version is very buggy, with lots of battle freezes. I hope it's not as bad as I've heard, but I will probably elaborate on that. I like the Dragon Quest games, and this game includes a demo of Final Fantasy XII, so that should be cool as well. Mario Kart DS includes courses from all the Mario Kart Games, and allows total strangers, and friends from around the world to challenge eachother in races, so I can't wait for that. Geocities has made ALOT of changes to their website, so I was nearly afraid it would become like AngleFire, or would delete my website(s) in general. Fortunatly, it LOOKS like AngelFire, but is fortunatly NOT AngelFire. About my comics, I don't think I will get to them before Christmas, and may not after Christmas either, but I have put consideration towards working on them. I was very busy today, and am very busy tomorrow, so there is little hope of work towards those. 12-25-05 Wow, has it really been 4 days since I last updated? Anyways I have gotten the games, and more then I thought. I have only played Final Fantasy IV so far though. I'm 9 hours into it, and am near the end of the game. The graphics are great like in Final Fantasy I + II Dawn of Souls, the Music is different in many ways its refreshing, in some ways its a bit annoying. The battle slow downs are not as bad as I've heard. The key, play all battles on full speed, text, speed, and play on non-wait battles. In this way it rarely slows, and you're usually alot faster then your enemies in this way. The original had ultra fast battles, and this slowed things down to average rpg battle styles. The story in text, is majorly better then any of the other versions of Final Fantasy IV, and I haven't seen the extra stuff yet, so I can't comment on that, but overall this game is amazing. It's better then either Lost in Blue, or Trace Memory combined. Okay, I have to continue the Christmas Festivities now, sorry! 12-28-05 I'm determined that my updating streak of glory is officially over. I don't update almost at all, but in terms of updating in 2004, and the beginning of 2005, it isn't all that bad. I've played Dragon Quest VIII, Final Fantasy XII Demo, and Mario Kart DS also now. Dragon Quest VIII is great, voice overs, humor, great game play, it is the Dragon Quest Revolution. Mario Kart DS is great as well it is a perfect compliment to Mario 64 DS, and is very fun. Final Fantasy... Yes, Final Fantasy XII Demo. This demo confirmed what I already knew. Final Fantasy IS the Final Fantasy. Every new game becomes the NEW dooms day. VIII was a disaster, the first one. X, and X-2 were further disastors. XI was a disaster when it became a brand name pc game with only the Final Fantasy Name to prove it's Final Fantasy roots, it had no Final Fantasy within it, and it isn't a "Final" Fantasy. It has more expansions then most PC games ever have. Final Fantasy XII is even worse. There is more blond chick dudes, more "I'm dumber then stone" storylines. More "I forgot what Final Fantasy Battles are" fighting, and more, "Geez what's a good game?". I'm very glad I saw the demo, now I can officially be smarter then the fools who pay for Final Fantasy XII, and even smarter then the fools who play Final Fantasy XII in it's entirety. I may buy it someday, but only if a great reason appears, until then hello Final Fantasy Remakes. I've got plenty. Final Fantasy I + II: Dawn of Souls, Final Fantasy IV Advance, Final Fantasy V + VI Advances (When they come out.), Final Fantasy III DS (When it comes out.), Final Fantasy VII Remake (With all the Final Fantasy VII Madness this is inevitible.), and of course there is always Final Fantasy VII Madness (Movie Sequel, game sequel(s), ect.) I'm on the moon in Final Fantasy IV Advance by the way, I've never seen anything harder in this game, with the never ending amounts of dungeons, and side quest dungeons, and blindingly hard enemies, with random boss encounters... ouch... it's scary... 12-30-05 Well, it's almost 2006, are you ready? I'm ready, and I have a little present for the end of 2005. It's an extended version of The Bandit, which is one of the missellaneous pivot movies. I really like the bullet time in The Bandit, and recently I wanted more from The Bandit, so here it is a wonderful extension. In fact I like this one enough to consider a sequel some day, and I don't mean that I need to have The Bandit as the main character, I just want the bullet time. Well, I made it about twice as long, and it wasn't even hard to do, considering how short it was to begin with. Chubes 12: Sites asleep for the winter, Lost Tid Bits Resurface! All news from December, and earlier updates are in the Old News Section! January: 1-4-06 It seems there is only ONE MONTH UNTIL the TWO YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF THIS SITE! The updates today are, I made an Old News Year 2: Part III page today! Yes, madness has claimed the Old News Section once, and for all. I moved all the November Updates, and December Updates into the Part III page, because Part II couldn't handle the November Updates. Part II had some page difficulties, so I re-did the page, and took off November. Well, since I've already given the Pivot Bandit Extension to the site, I have no choice, but to give something from my vault of lost articles for this month's anniversary gift. The gift this month are the 10 lost comics of The Mafia, but keep in mind these are the original hand drawn editions, and haven't been re-editted into the typical format. Also keep in mind the story developed in other Mafia Comics is lost completely in these new comics, so just keep in mind that while reading these. These comics are cool like the original comics, and not dull like the later comics, but don't follow the story in the later comics, so they were unreleased until now, that and until recently I didn't want to release original drafts, but now I realize that original drafts are still pretty exciting, so here it is. I have a few more where those came from, but only 2, and some aren't finished. These are the good ones anyways. One of them I think I lost, and another is more of a Peace Sucks Tie-In. The first one of those is unfinished. Thankfully the 10 I've released are pure Mafia Comics, and complete. These comics were made about this time last year, so they are bit different then they would be now. They were made during the Peace Sucks Slump last year. Well, guess what, I'm in another Peace Sucks Slump this year, but this year I made more progress before the slump. Go to my comics site to see the Mafia Comics. Update: I made this post quite awhile ago, and I felt guilty at doing no actual work, so I did a little side project for a second gift for the month. This gift is a Mafia Original Text Update of Parts I - V, I also gave a picture edit for Mafia I, and would have finished for all of them, but ran out of time, and it's too late to continue with more work, so maybe I'll finish it sometime tomorrow, or some other time, but I'm definately not making promises. Well, I hope this helps satisfy the long hunger for The Mafia Comics, but considering the attention given to Peace Sucks, I don't think the hunger for Mafia Comics will easily die! 1-6-06 Okay, I've finished work on Mafia Comics I - V, with complete text re-do's, and drawing re-do's, and for other drawing re-do's, Peace Sucks I - V is already started, so it will be next. Anyways go to my Comic Site to see it, and look in disgust at how much worse the other Mafia Comics are in comparison. This didn't happen yesterday, because I played Ocarina of Time like crazy beating the Forest Temple again. Today, I beat the Water Temple again, and realized it is no longer my least favorite Ocarina of Time Dungeon. The Shadow Temple is now my least favorite. Yeah, I've been trying to beat Ocarina of Time for a second time, and possibly Wind Waker for a second time in preparation for Twilight Princess, and I've noticed Twilight Princess shots look ALOT like the scenery in Ocarina of Time, but ALOT better graphically. 1-13-06 It is a very unique day indeed. It is Friday the 13th! This is the day of Bad Luck for all those Horror Film Fanatics. I'm updating because it's such a unique day. Incidentally I have started Ninja Fight XIII with a Chain Saw Murderer to reflect Friday 13th. Notice it's title is also 13, which is pure coincidence. This is why I mentioned it, as it is very unusual, and it's a very unusual day today. Black Cats, and Mirrors are bad things, so be safe, and avoid them, if you're into that sort of thing. I'm not, I dropped a mirror with a huge smack during my drawing class, but it didn't break, and I wrestled with my Black Cat, so there is my relation to the Bad Luck Rumours. 1-14-06 Well, I've finished Ninja Fight XIII, but I will admit it is short, and leaves questions at the end of it, so I should extend it, but I don't know if I can, or if I even want to. Anyways I put it on Chubes13 since PivotII is full, and Chubes13 is completely empty, and is for site expansion anyways. It's temporary for now, but it will probably stay that way for awhile. Also Chubes13 is ANOTHER 13, three 13's? That is VERY weird. Update: I've scanned, and uploaded Mafia's Parts V + VI's Originals, because there's not enough to make an Extra worthwhile, and the Original's make me just want to puke, so for curiosity's sake, here are the original's of V + VI, but notice they are very different, but still carry the same theme, as the replacements. 1-15-06 I beat Ocarina of Time for the second time today, and due to that I did alot of revisions to both my Records, and Opinions Sections on my Zelda Site, but to my Zelda Best to Worst Section. Ocarina of Time is praised quite a bit more then it ever was before. Also I added a bunch of new things to those sections. I added BS Zelda, I added Zelda Quest II, I added CD-I mentions, and more. I tried to be less negative, because it seems alot of things were silly things to be upset about so, I changed them, and replaced them with better things, or nothing at all. Do understand though, that when Twilight Princess comes out I really will try to do some new things on my Zelda Site again like the old days. Anyways now I've matched all the Zelda Records I've ever heard of except for from my friends, by beating every single game except Oracle of Ages, Oracle of Seasons, Zelda II, Four Swords Adventures, and Zelda I Quest II. Of the other games which have all been beaten once, only Link's Awakening, Ocarina of Time: Master Quest, and Wind Waker haven't been beaten more then once. I have goals to beat Wind Waker a second time, some time in the near future however. Also Ocarina of Time is the only game that's been beaten more then once, that hasn't been beaten 3 times yet for me. Every thing else I've beaten at least 3 times. 1-21-06 Since last time I have done a few things, but not many would interest this site it would seem... Anyways I wrote 2 more pages to the Peace Sucks Story, but they cover old prequel comics, and I haven't typed them up yet. I beat the second to last level in Wind Waker, which is the Earth Dungeon, which means one more level, and I will have beaten that game for a second time. I have gotten really hardcore with Lost in Blue like the good old days, and I'm in the ruins on Skye Mode, all I have to do is cook alot, so it's going quickly, and effortlessly. Another thing I didn't mention before is that I made Peace Sucks -XXIV about a week ago, but the other four haven't been drawn yet. Although it may sound like I've done alot recently with Peace Sucks, the truth is I really haven't. I made the little progress I did, in Social Studies, and Algebra, I haven't done any of that work at home at all lately. One final note, I downloaded, and beat Maniac Mansion NES Prototype, which is the direct remake of the DOS game, without Nintendo Dumbing down, and childizing. It was alot better, but the "bad" stuff like the porn statue, play boy calender, porn picture, and usage of "sexual themes" aren't really that evident in game play anyways. The fact that you can still nuke the hamster in the regular game, in the U.S. for NES means that it is still pretty cool. Nintendo Power used the prototype cartridge for game coverage back in 1990 anyways, with pictures of all the porn refrences, yeah go figure, so covering up the truth was a total joke. The japanese version of that game is HORRIBLE!!! Don't play it, it has too many buttons, the music is AWEFUL, and the graphics look worse then the US version, and this is NES, its hard to make a bad looking game on the NES, but they pulled it off. Also there is too many command buttons, and they're all japanese. Even if you can figure out japanese, you're still better off not playing the japanese version of that game. 1-23-06 Math tends to be a bad class what with a student teacher wasting alot of time, all the time. This occasionally leads to good things. Today, I wrote page 8 of my Peace Sucks story. Now, there are a total of 11 complete hand written pages total, and I still haven't typed 6 of them. 3 are the origins, and 2 of those are a remake of the other page. The other 3 pages are 3 that should be typed soon, but I just haven't gotten around to them yet. In one of my art clases I'm working on a box with a design of Street Fighters fighting with the power of cheese, which combines Street Fight, and The Cheese Store. Yeah, I want to work more on that idea someday. I also want to work on a new site, a site I've wanted to work on for a few years now. A adventure site, where you follow links through a maze of pages. I can't say if it will ever happen though. 1-24-06 Well, as of now there is only about a week, and a half until this site turns 2. That, literally means this site has been around for 2 years, and isn't a new site in any way, plus it's an active site, which most sites aren't by this time, unless they are serious about staying around for awhile. Well, I've been around awhile for sure, and I'm very likely to stay awhile longer. I beat Lost in Blue Skye mode today, and it unlocked Lost in Blue Challenge Mode. This is a real challenge too. It's not for beginners at all, and this is why. First, it has no save feature for sleeping, so you save only with Quick Save. Second, the island has only half the amount of supplies as before, and they take longer to re-supply. Third, your character depleats energy rapidly, and water, and food depleat faster as well, but not as fast. Fourth, you have to cook, and explore alone. Fifth, you can't upgrade your cave at all, but it has minimal upgrades already. Yeah, this all sums up to be quite a bit more challenging then the other two play throughs, but it happens directly after the game involving the other two play throughs, and explains what occurs after the general game of Lost in Blue. It is pretty interesting becoming the Boss of a busted crime ring, and being busted by the two survival kids that you just played as, and being the only one to escape the cops though. I mostly only bring up information about challenge mode, because everyone who unlocks it become tight lipped about it, and I don't think that is necessary. Update: I've played Challenge Mode a bit more, and read about odds, and ends mentioned on the internet. Challenge Mode is not about escaping the island like in Keith, and Skye Modes, but actually it is meant to be a true Survival Game. The more time it takes before you get a game over, the better the rank you get, and the record you make is saved onto the game, so that you can try to beat it later. Of course everything mentioned earlier still applies. Also, to make sure you don't try to find an escape route, the lake is un-crossable, because the raft is gone, and you aren't aloud to build furniture in Challenge Mode. Beyond the lake is obviously the Wasteland, the Ruins, and the Enemy Territory. Your character owns that territory, but he's been kicked out of it, and it is now inaccessible. In this fashion you can't possibly escape. Surviving is alot more interesting then it might seem, because there are new limitations, you still have access to half the island, all the road blocks have been taken out of the half of the island that's available, and you have the best of Keith's abilities, as well as Skye's, so basically you get to control Keith, and Skye simultaneously in the same person, but you get to hunt, and cook whenever you want without waiting, so this game is best for impatient people. One last thing, I finally went about making the Trap / Adventure Site I said I wanted to make yesterday. I made it today, but it's only a few pages so far. 1-25-06 I typed up one of the two Peace Sucks Story additions just now, and posted it up on my comics website. Don't worry it was the next part in the story, it was the longer part in the story, and it was probably the more interesting of the two parts of the story. It wrapped up the George + Michael Black Chapter though, and leads up to the next chapter, which is only partly written, begins to talk about Joe. That is the second part that I didn't type up yet, but it's going to come sooner, or later. My story is now about 6 pages 12 font as of now, and will, in the end after including all the comics, and side stories will probably be about 30 - 40 pages. That is of course, without editting it to be alot longer. I hope to make real story out of this, not a book at a book store, but a story in general, it started out as comics, but it is turning into a story, and the story helps to develope the comics. 1-26-06 In the past week I mentioned the Maniac Mansion NES Prototype with all the naughty things still present. It seems Final Fantasy has the same Prototype situation, but not one, but two. Final Fantasy as we all know, or at least SHOULD all know, was released in America as FF I, II, and III, whereas they were really I, IV, and VI. They intentionally skipped II, III, and V for varying reasons. Now, I will go more in depth on the reasons, more in depth then I've ever been able to before. They wanted to milk the world for as much money as possible, and waiting for the prime time in America was key. They waited long enough for the NES to die, then they released Final Fantasy I. After that they began working on a Final Fantasy II translation, a Final Fantasy IV Famicom game, and a Final Fantasy V Super Famicom game. It went down hill, and blew up in their faces. Final Fantasy II was fully translated to English, and never released in favor of Final Fantasy V. Final Fantasy IV was near completion, but it was also never released due to the death of the NES, and thus Final Fantasy V was named Final Fantasy IV in Japan to hide the true Final Fantasy IV, and it was named Final Fantasy II in America to hide Final Fantasy's II, III, and IV from America. The plan worked until the late 90's and even today is hardly known of, I in fact have only recently learned of Final Fantasy IV for the Famicom. I can't wait for that game. Sooner, or later we will see that game again some day, Final Fantasy III is coming out in America sometime in 2006, or later on the DS, it's only a matter of time before the last remaining Final Fantasy see's the light of day, which is of course the real unreleased Final Fantasy IV. Don't get me wrong though the current Final Fantasy IV is good too, but I can't wait to see what it covered up. 1-29-06 It is only a quarter past midnight the day is young, and I just beat Zelda Wind Waker for the second time, third time if you count uses codes on the first time. I'm sorry for the rant, and non-update last time, but that happens sometimes. There isn't any really update this time either, but since Zelda Twilight Princess is coming out this spring, I'm sure all Zelda things are interesting. (Yeah, I hear your grumbling.) Anyways Zelda Link's Awakening is the only game I haven't beaten more then once, now of the games I've beaten at least once in the Zelda series, unless you count Zelda Ocarina of Time Quest II: Master Quest, because that is only once, but I beat it a few months ago, and don't want to repeat that a second time just yet. The games I still have never beaten are Zelda I: Quest II, Zelda II, Both Oracle Games, and Four Swords Adventures. The first 2 are really hard, so I haven't gotten far in them, the next two are pretty frustrating, and annoying, and the last one I have a really bad vibe every time I play, I just get an anger rush every time I play it, so I haven't gotten far in it either. Chubes 12: Two years old, but more good times to come! Chubes12 is not dead yet! All news from January, and earlier updates are in the Old News Section! February: 2-1-06 Would you believe it? There is only 3 days until the two year anniversary of this site arrives full swing. I am sorry to say, but I don't have anything prepared specially for the two year anniversary, or for the month anniversary. I've been very busy lately, and school work has been a total drag. I need another weekend to come soon, fortunatly the two year anniversary IS on the weekend. I've played Majora's Mask, and Mario 64 DS lately. Majora's Mask, I haven't played enough, although this is my fifth time through the game, I haven't made much progress, because I've had other things to do. Mario 64 DS I've played a bit more then Majora's Mask, and have gotten my stars remaining total down to 11. This means I have 139 stars out of 150. I have probably at least 5 more easy stars, and the rest are coin stars, and advanced secret stars, in Bowser Levels, and other hard area's. I finally got Final Fantasy NES in the mail today, this completes my American Final Fantasy Collection, comprising of Final Fantasy (I), Final Fantasy II (IV), and Final Fantasy III (VI). It is good, but the battle system is worse then I initially expected, I will try to give the game a fair shot though. I have a few idea's for an anniversary present to the site. A Street Fight 9 Pivot with a green character, an ALTTP Walkthrough Update, a Comic Update, and a Peace Sucks Story Update. Any one of those will work for me, but I will decide later which one it will be. |
