In the 1990's, he secretly created "Outer Heaven" while officially serving as Commander of Unit FOX-HOUND, but he was defeated by Solid Snake. Later, he formed the nation of Zanzibar, but his plans were once again foiled by Solid Snake. His remains were preserved by the military as a genetic sample of the "Greatest soldier that ever lived"." In the 1970's people used some of Big Bosses DNA to create 8 clones, This experiment was named "Les Enfants Terribles Project" several were combined to create Snake and Liquid. Solidus was secretly also spared. |
