f/s Flips
These are the hardest 180 flip variations for me, so I am guessing they probably are for everyone else too. OK first off it's good if you kind of learn how to get the spin for them so do whatever you gotta do to do it. I started just by stepping off the board and hardflipping, then catching it with one foot. Ok you need to slide your front foot off at a very distinct moment, or the board won't go underneath you. Before I do this trick, I get momentum and also I lean f/s a bit to get the right flow going. You WILL need to use you back foot to bring the board back around the 180 so practice catching it with your back foot for a while. Sooner or later you'll get it :)
