540 flip
This is a VERY DIFFICULT TRICK. I reccomend you get 360 flips down really good before even attempting this trick. You basically have the same setup and movement as a 360 flip, but you must use all your strength, which makes this trick really sloppy. OK, now setup like you're going to 360 flip, but get on your toes so much it hurts. Now bend down, build up that pressure in the back leg and sweeping the fricken thing as hard as you can, and if you're lucky, you'll land on it. This an extremely sloppy trick, so it's not really popular. But go ahead and learn it, it's a fun trick to do.
