Chubbyram - A Kid's World!

Hi there!

I am 'Chubby Ram'. Why 'Chubby Ram'? Well, I was born in the Chinese Calendar year of the Ram and as you can see on the corner picture, I am chubby too!

I am 11 years-old today and I am in Primary 5 in a local Chinese school in Malaysia.

I am staying in a new and very beautiful township with plenty of water parks and playgrounds to keep us kids busy.

My neighbourhood is very safe. There are guards patrolling round the clock. Every evening, the neighbourhood kids and myself will play on the streets or at the playground, riding bicycles and roller skating. It is such a wonderful world here!

Even the Adults enjoy the surroundings as much as us kids. Most of the Adults i.e. my mum and my dad and the neigbourhood uncles and aunties will have evening strolls around the neighbourbood and busying about their gardens. Occasionally, all the neighbours will gather for some activities such as tai chi, jogathon, gotong-royong or even makan-makan. It's surely a great way to get to know your neighbour.

All the other kids and me? We are just happy being able to get out and play with one another, celebrating each other's birthdays, playing lanterns and so on.

Because I love playing with my friends so much, I get lots of nagging everyday.

I know I deserve all these naggings since I am not a A1 student.

Everyday, my mum and my dad drills into my head what I must do to be a better person that it has become my regular evening radio talk show.

Do your parents nag blah blah blah all the time? Am I the only one having weird parents?

I hope I am not alone. Let's exchange notes to grow up as sane as possible!
