Ingredients:

300 gm chicken meat, sliced thickly
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
200 gm fucuk, break into 4cm length and soaked until soft
10 gm black fungus (mok yee), soaked and sliced
1 cup of water

Marinade:

1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp shaoxing wine  
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cornflour

Thickening:

1/2 tsp cornflour  
1 tbsp water

Garnishing:

spring onions  
red chilli strips  



 

Method:

1. Mix chicken meat with marinade and season for 30 mins.
2. Heat up oil, saute chopped garlic, black bean garlic sauce ad char siu sauce until fragrant. Add chicken meat and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add fucuk, black fungus and stir well.  Pour in water, cover and bring to boil, lower fire and cook unti fucuk is tender.  Thicken with corn flour water.
4. Sprinkle spring onion and red chilly strips on top as garnishing.  Serve.
