Soak dried chinese
mushroom in hot water unitl they turned soft. Remove stems. Cut a
cross on top of the mushrooms. This is for aesthetic value and also to
ensure that the seasoning is well-absorbed by the mushrooms during
cooking.

Heat up 1 tbsp oil,
saute ginger and dried chillies untill fragrant.

Add in the remaining of
the ingredients, seasoning and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
