| Table Tribute | |||||||||||||
| Tuesday 5th November, a date that has been remembered for centuries with its EXTREME connotations, however, this monumental historical date will, from this day on, be remembered for a different reason. | |||||||||||||
| Today Team Extreme has bid farewell to the table that has seen its most glorious moments. To many in the sixth form, a simple table. But for Team Extreme, it was a conduit through which the concept of Extreme was personified. | |||||||||||||
| The last match played was doubles, which saw a fairytale ending, as Dillistone struck the original Extreme shot off the roof on match point. This was a fitting finale for the table, which truly deserved to bow out in style. It did not disappoint. | |||||||||||||
| "Our hallowed table. We salute you." | |||||||||||||
| And so we move on to the next generation. A true marvel of a table, smooth, allowing free flowing play. We have no doubt that it will become an integral part of Extreme, and we welcome it to the Team Extreme family. | |||||||||||||
