NO TIME FOR LOSERS
For those who doubted it, for those who, for some incomprehensible reason, thought otherwise, it has been proven. Team Extreme is victorious, all-conquering, the peak of extremity, and above all, the greatest. Say what you will, people will come, and people will go, but Team Extreme will remain, defiant in the face of all challenges.
The Lower Sixth Pretenders arrived full of confidence, arrogant and "unbeatable". They had put forward their challenge and fully expected to see it through.

Waiting in quiet expectation were Team Extreme.

Ablitt V Daltry

Sam Ablitt tore John Daltry to shreds with his trusty backhand and mischevious spin. It was looking bleak for the Pretenders already.

Dillistone v Riddell

David Dillistone toyed with Alex Riddell, leading him on, exciting him, making him believe he was in some way involved in the match, that he had some kind of control over the outcome. Despite delighting the crowd, the match was firmly in Dave's hands, and he chose to finish the job at 22-20, why waste time?

Jones v Dean

Dean played with courage, he had to as the Commander's penetrating forehands were barely visible. An extreme walkover despite Dean's efforts, no one could have stood up the the Commander's might.

Walton v Tasker

Barely a match. A 21-6 drubbing. Walton's fiersome forehands were unstoppable, Tasker had no answer. The crowd was delighted by the extreme shot Joe used to finish the "match", through the legs and into the corner. Beautiful.

At 4-0 Team Extreme decided to keep the loyal fans of the Pretenders interested. The next 4 games were lost. Day, Kay, Jones and Dillistone, Walton and Day, all threw their matches to increase the entertainment value and maintain Lower Sixth interest.

Ablitt and Kay v Riddell and Tasker

The game was tense for the Lower Sixth, under the impression they were within reach of a victory. Ablitt and Kay held back to keep the game exciting, but finished the job to a huge roar from Team Extreme. A memorable victory despite being on away turf.
Not satisfied with a drubbing at home, the Pretenders requested a rematch, anyone who fancies a good giggle just in time for christmas should come down to watch the annihilation.
