Whiteriver Domain

Whiteriver Domain is the southernmost slice of the DragonLands. Its Northern border is Keldarra Domain, with Falagand to the East and Marrid to the West.

Flowing South through the center of the domain is the mighty Dragon River, filled with rapids and as broad as the Mississippi River of the US in some places. The river makes Whiteriver Domain one of the most green and fertile in the DragonLands. As it flows out of the DragonLands to the South, it cuts the huge canyon, known as the Cleft, through the Wastes. Where the river enters the Cleft is a tall black stone spire known as Fosters Point.

Marketa

Largest city of Whiteriver Domain, and closest to the Warren itself. The Warren's primary source of tithe.

• Celia - local barkeep, an ex-lover of Saul's

Tilharnon

• Galvin Wollstone: ruling lord, (missing and presumed dead) short, black eyed slob and coward-liked to beat people. Has been missing for 10 years.
• Weston Wollstone: acting Lord, son of Galvin, age 35, light brown hair, sky blue eyes, handsome, extremely fair disposition, very tall.
• Sebeane: an old witch who lives near Tilharnon, silver hair and eyes.

Windtide

Small village that was nearly destroyed by a wraith attack (in part due to poor protection provided by its ruling lord, Lord Gingle). Currently Windtide is under the protection of Lord Fowler.
