Bad Guys of Whiteriver Warren

FYI
There are 4 types of characters.....

PC: This is the player's main character.

Secondary or secondary protected NPC: This is a character that a player plays almost as much or sometimes even more than the PC. This basically has the same rules as a PC as in no one can do anything significant to them that will change their lives forever without checking first.

Protected NPC: anyone can play this character, just can't kill or maim them or get them pregnant or such without the creator's permission.

NPC: this character is fair game...anyone can do anything they want with them. The only thing I ask with this is please don't do something like kill off the head cook unless there is a good reason.....like you want to bring in another one. I don't want people killed off and me have to create a replacement to take their place just cause someone had a whim to see the cook poisoned :) now, if you want to create the replacement, then that's fine :)

Bad Guys

Jason Fowler (believed to be deceased at age 16 - a year younger than J'red). Similar build to his brother J'red, with brown hair, beard and blue eyes. Lord Fowler was hoping he also had the afinity, but did not appear to have it. Was involved with the Cult of the Dragon Haters. He was believed to be accidentally killed by J'red (his brother) during the raid on the Cult headquarters.

Keltian Vaddon, Oldest son of Lord Jerlyn Vaddon. Killed after the raid on the Cult of dragon-haters by members of the wing. Taken out and left to be killed by wraiths.

Bruce, goes by "Bubba".
Age: 22
Description: strong, bold and very cruel.
Mother: Elsa, the nurse's aide
History: Bruce was born in the warren. His father, T'ank was a dragonrider, however, he was not a kind man. Bruce often witnessed him getting drunk and mistreating Elsa. When T'ank was killed, Bruce celebrated. Freed of his father's influence, Bruce left the warren to seek his fortune.
