Nadia is a human spellcaster of unknown strength. 

She has some formal training as a wizard but most of her power stems from her deep connection to the primeval source of magic.  Nadia was left bereft of her family after an Orcish attack on Lorn took her husband from her.  Restless and having nothing to keep her in Lorn she was more than happy to go with Shen when he requested her assistance to travel to Eldin.
