Chapter one: Secrets
Blake watched his brother practicing. He could sense that fact his bro was still preoccupied about something. He was not sure if he should be concerned or let it go and see what happens.
Then there was his morning behaver. He could swear his brother was having dreams that he should not have. Or at least Blake should not have to realize his brother was dreaming erotic dreams. There were things one did not need to know about their own siblings and that was one of them.
Tori touched his arm. "Blake what is it." she asked softly.
"Hunter is acting oddly even for him." Blake said softly. "He has been odd. I don't know how to describe it to you. You have not lived with him all your life."
Tori nodded. she took a seat with Blake and they both watched Hunter. For his part the crimson thunder ninja was quite aware of their observations of him. He had to smile.
Blake caught the slight smirk on his brother's face. "He knows we're here." The little blonde next to him scooted closer. And then hugged him. Blake returned the affection.
"If he had not I swear there was something wrong." Tori whispered to him. Her voice soft and sweet to his ears. He smiled down at her. Then nodded for he agreed with her over that.
The two go up and left Hunter be.
Later at Storm Chargers, Blake watched his brother restocking as he restocked. Hunter was not even paying attention save to help a little with the costumers. Even the really cute girls were not enough to keep his attention.
"Have alien's stolen my bro or something." Blake said softly bringing a box over to Hunter. For it had been a week of strange behaver with Hunter. though Blake was sure it had to be something wrong. He just wished he knew what.
The blond young man shook his head. "No bro, its still me." He quickly filled the space with what Blake had brought him.
Dustin wandered over looking between the two brothers. "What are your plans for this eve?" Dustin looked between the brothers.
"Tori mentioned you wanted to do something." Blake said. "I am in."
"Sorry but I cannot." Hunter smiled at the look of disbelief on their faces. "I have plans and a promise to keep." He looked at his watch. "Time to punch out." Picking up the empty boxes Hunter punched out and then stopped.
As the door to Storm charges opened and in walked a beautiful young woman with long black hair that was braided and Came down to the back of her calves braided. "Ready to go Hunter." She drolled. She wore flair jeans in black and a black baby-t with the Kanji for storm across her breasts. black boots covered her feet and a few people just moved out of her way.
Dustin and Blake looked at each other. Shock on their faces as they watched the two leave the store only to be replaced with Cam, Shane and Tori.
"Dude did you see her?" Dustin was amazed. "She was beautiful."
Cam looked at Blake. "Who was the girl your brother was walking with?"
"Yeah Blake." Shane asked he felt confused.
"Hunter looked very happy to see her." Tori said softly. She went over to stand near Blake.
The young man in question mind was reeling for he realized all of a sudden. "That could not possibly be her. Not after all these years." He closed his eyes. Seeing a younger version of Shi Tomoe in his head. She then aged in his head into the beautiful young woman his brother walked out with.
The little sprite winked saucily at him. Blake now realized the source of his brother's secrets and strange behaver. He laughed inwardly when it hit him. Hunter had gone off and fallen in love.
"Who?" Four voices chimed at the same time.
Blake blinked brought back from his trip down memory lane. "An old racing buddy." He shook his head. "We , Hunter and I meet her and her sister at a few different Motocross meets. Those two were amazing on bikes." He shook his head. "We have not seen either of them in years." He had to smile. "I always though Hunter had a crush on her."
"Whats her name Blake?" Tori asked the question the rest of they guys wanted to ask but could not.
"Shi." Blake then spelt it out for them. "S-H-I pronounced she."
Dustin whistled. "Dudes, I wonder where they are going?"
"So do I Dustin." Blake said softly. "So do I and I don't think we're going to get a report either." he sighed.
That made the guys laugh. "Well that is good to know." Shane said.
Tori frowned at them.
"There are things about my bro I just don't want to know Tori." Blake said smiling at the beauty in blue. "I am sure it holds the same for me as well."
Tori blushed.
