Magnesium levels seem to be low in many CFIDS and Fibromyalgia patients. It has been shown to be very helpful in the treatment of these conditions with improvements in as little as a week's time, although in some cases magnesium has to be injected to be helpful.
some of the symptoms of magnesium deficiency are:
panic attacks
muscular aches and cramps (charlie horses)
upper abdominal pain
nausea
bile reflux
We have found that magnesium alone, when not taken with calcium, does not seem to improve the symptoms of CFIDS and Fibromyalgia patients
Therefore we recommend that you take magnesium
along with calcium for best results.
