Wednesday!!  Hump day!!  Wait, I turned that down.  LOL.

What to listen to today?  Been listening to a song by Shelby Lynne that I had forgotten.  But can't just listen to the same song over and over all day.  That'd be a little repetitive.  Ok, a lot repetitive.  Am I repeating myself?

A beautiful day.  Nice weather, nice busy day.  It's a little strange with K's new schedule--not talking quite as much, but we still seemed to squeeze it in, the hour long phone call helped a bit.  Not very many eventful things really happened today.  Work was pretty normal, though the one temp, who consistently complains that she is overqualified for the job seems completely unable to actually figure out how to do the job.  Has to be retrained a bit each day.  Not a good thing for a temp.

Let's see!  Talked to my ex-wife for nearly an hour I think, and then to Nathan for awhile as well.  We can all congratulate the ex.  She has remarried.  For the third time.  And all by 28.  I only have managed the one marriage in 33 years.  Have to work on that, see if I can catch up.  Too funny.

She knows me pretty well though.  After being together for 5+ years that happens I suppose.  Her insights are sometimes a bit off, but then she nails it with some other remark.  And sometimes it is really good to talk to her about life, and all that's in it.  That and we are raising a child together.  And he is incredible.

Just realized.  I wrote that short entry the other day, and shortened the page, so I have been filling the shortened page instead of the regular sized page.  Oops.  I'd hate to get in trouble for not providing enough content for people.

Oh, listening to the long version of "We're in this together" by Nine Inch Nails.  And yes I am all over the place with my musical tastes.  Country music one minute, and Industrial the next.  But why not?  Is it wrong to like a variety of things?  I don't think so.  I appreciate the creativity that goes into the different types of music, and the words, and the music.  Each means something to me, if it's just something that makes me want to move, or makes me listen closely, or smile, or want to cry.  Music is a beautiful thing, and everyday I am thankful that it exists.  And everyday I wish I could figure out how to create my own.
