After saying that, I should make it clear that I am listening to Ministry. Lol.
Big news of the day? Krista has reappeared. After a month without her, I was starting to really think she had gone for good. Sort of like the little-present Dani. Then again, perhaps Dani will reappear in the same manner one of these days. In the meantime, I will take what I can get.
So, after the poem, the rest of Monday was sort of up and down. With the game player beginning to play again. In the end that didn't work out so well for him. And that is all I will say about it. So, don't email me and ask for details!!!
Labor day. A lot of talking, watched Lord of the Rings DVD, thought about cleaning the house. Funny how thinking about it doesn't get it done. Wish it did. With all the thinking I do the house would be spotless. Wednesday night is cleaning night here. Going to tip the house on its side and shake it until its clean. Of course the heavy lifting might not work all that well, but that's the breaks.
Tuesday, big busy day at work. And of course I get there and the 8:00 person has not yet arrived. So, a line. First thing in the morning. Just what I wanted was to have to deal with people right away. Then, our other temp, who talks about being over-qualified yet is unable to complete her job in any way at all, continued her winning ways. Grrr.
So, the day passes, and I rush home thinking that life will be easier there. Of course that isn't true. My cable is accidentally disconnected, and after getting it back, it takes 5 phone calls and nearly 3 hours to reset the Cable modem. Not good. Fortunately, I had a very nice phone call after that.
