| Another day. Another ? Ever since I heard from that editor my book has been stalled. I think I have stage fright. Not good. This weekend, I will get back into it. Hard and heavy. Dedicate my time directly to writing. My deadline looms. My dreams await. My dream? The big one is to be able to live off of my writing. Buy a small farm with a big house and a barn, plenty of land for vegetable and flower gardens and for animals to roam. An exterior place for me to write, away from the house. Over the garage, or in the barn. A woman who loves me as deeply as I love her, and as many children as the two of us can handle. That's my dream future. And until then? Well, I need to write my ass off so that I can get there. I have a great idea that I will start working on tomorrow. I spend all that time at work playing games and killing time, when I could be writing. At the very least the rough draft for one of the other books. So. Tomorrow, I will begin that. The sooner I write them, the sooner I can work on finding a publisher, and start looking for that farmhouse. And the Harley that I will park in the garage there . . . Have to find the woman too. Actually, I think I found her. Just have to woo and win her. Time . . . . Tonight? Well, it looks as though I am supposed to go to Bar again. But, I really, really, don't want to. I want to rest. I will watch Crazy/Beautiful. Have a pizza, and go to bed early. Wait for my phone to ring. By the way, for anyone who likes Baseball, I heartily recommend Summer Catch. Excellent story about poor boy making good, and winning the rich girl as he makes it from the minors to the major leagues. An excellent movie to watch on Karla's birthday as she recommended it to me. And . . . the All-Star game is here in Milwaukee tonight!!! YEA!! With that, I will let your eyes rest. Goodnight. Christopher |
