Woke at 8, thinking it was 7 and that I still had time to get to work. Realized what time it was and how I felt and collapsed back into bed. An hour later I woke again, still hurting, took some aspirin, drank a half a gallon of milk and collapsed again until about 10. In the meantime, several people called to wake me up, or IMed or, emailed. So much love. LET ME SLEEP!!! LOL
Once up I spent my day doing as little moving as possible. Something was wrong with my stomach that I don't think was just the alcohol, and as I write this today I have to say that I'm right. My stomach is still messed up and it's early Thursday morning. Not a good thing. I am going to finish this entry, take a shower and eat breakfast, and if I don't feel better by 7 I will be calling in sick again today. Have to find someone to pick up my paycheck though. Ugh.
Someone went crazy on the Candy Bar Poll again!!! Voting shuts off sometime today. I had hoped that caramellos would win, but a certain stubborn friend of mine was unwilling to let that happen. Too bad, I was looking forward to winning for other reasons as well. My candy bar winning that is. But, I can't cheat. I promised I wouldn't.
4:30. So quiet. Hmmm, wish my stomach didn't hurt, I'd take a bike ride over to the park for an hour, watch the sun come up from the top of the hill. No though.
Have to remember to call Darren today, make sure he still has a job and isn't dead from wounds suffered on Tuesday. What would make one man scratch another? Slap, punch, kick, whatever, but scratch? That's just a bit pathetic. Darren showed the guy what he thought of it too. Still, I can't figure out why we went all the way to 27th street to get to my house. Hmmm.
And that was my adventure and my punishment. Why is my stomach still upset today??? OHHHHHH, bad mayonaisse!!! Damn it! Before I went out I made a couple of tuna sandwiches, and I wondered about the mayo. ARRRRGGGHHHHHHH
