Ok, maybe not quite that exciting, but it sure is close! Lol.
My Friday? Let's hit the high points, and skip the domestic stuff. That would bore people, and we can't have that.
Woke up with the children, got them ready and off to school. K went back to bed, I stayed up and watched TV for awhile. Cleaned the cat boxes...
Oops, forgot, no domestic stuff.
Ok, the day flew by as Karla worked a double shift and I hung out at the house watching TV and doing some other things no one wants to hear about.
Went to KFC for lunch/dinner for Hot Wings, but they had none. What the hell is up with that?? We took our business elsewhere to Subway, where I had Horseradish Dijon something. Very good, but could have used more spice. K had the Sweet Onion Chicken sub. Also very good.
When she got home, we went out to a couple of bars we'd been to before. The Schooner? I think that's the name of the really nice, but empty one. We'd hoped to bump into Tammy, but she was down in Milwaukee or somewhere. How ironic is that? We had one beer a piece and talked a little, then went looking for something more interesting.
That something more interesting came at Charlie B's Blah Blah Blah (long name that I can't remember). They had a kind of Country/Oldie's cover band there. The music was well played and the band had a lot of energy which is something K and I both enjoy. We had a few more beers there, before going back home around midnight.
See not a single domestic thing in there!
