| Carmen Poivre created by Cowgirl Description: Half gypsy by birth and adopted as a youngster by Gabriel (a carriage maker) and Elsa. She is 5'10", has green eyes and waist-length black hair. She prefers to wear green, blue and earthtones. Her hobbies include singing, flute, violin, riding Dante (her horse) and woodworking. She has no dancing ability whatsoever. Carmen is a daydreamer and thinker by nature, preferring to reason things out on her own rather than ask questions. Her curiousity is as endless as her wandering mind. She also has another ability which often leaves her frightened, but provides her with much insight (don't want to spoil the story). Teaser: She stood there like an angel; tall, straight and mysterious, yet unthreatening. He had never seen her before, she had just appeared that morning, warm and welcoming, beside him. Her hands reached out toward his own, upturned and ready to receive them. Using only his finger, he gently felt the smoothness of her palm. Whomever had made her did a perfect job. He looked into her painted eyes, they were as green as the grass after a summer rain. Carefully, he returned the figure next to his own, where it had first appeared, in his miniature city. If only that girl were real. Across town Carmen sat hidden among the reeds of the Seine, eyes fixed upon the towers of Notre Dame, anxiously waiting for the bells to peal.
