Night had fallen upon the city, and the tiny lights from the windows of the many houses began to fade. In the bell tower, things were quiet and calm. Everyone was in bed now, and the gargoyles were perched outside, asleep. Belle was tossing and turning in bed; she couldn't stop thinking about Aaron.  Then a pigeon flew onto Laverne's head. Laverne groaned wearily. "What! What is it?" she complained.
Since Belle was closest to the balcony, she could hear Laverne's complaints. She flung the covers off of her and raced to the balcony. "Laverne? What's wrong?" Belle whispered as she appeared on the balcony in her nightgown.
"Confounded birds! They don't even let me sleep at night any more! Get out of here!" Laverne waved her arms angrily.
"No!" Belle shouted as she ran to scoop up the pigeon. "It's Henry!"
"Who?" Laverne asked.
"Aaron's bird," Belle answered. "What are you doing here?" Belle asked and then noticed the message attached to Henry's leg. Belle carefully untied it and placed Henry on the railing. She unraveled it as Laverne looked on curiously. Belle read the letter and then she put her hand to her mouth.
"What? Something wrong, kid?" Laverne asked.
"I think so! Aaron wants me to meet him under the bridge - he said it's urgent. I have to go," Belle said as she ran back inside.
Meanwhile, Hugo was snoring, which woke up Victor, who bumped him on the head.
"HEY! Don't I get it there enough?!" Hugo protested angrily as he rubbed his head.
"You snore enough, that's for sure!" Victor argued.
"Keep it down, you two!" Laverne hissed. "Something's up with that Aaron kid!"
Victor and Hugo exchanged nervous glances. The three gargoyles hopped inside to Belle's room. She was already dressed and was now slipping on her shoes.
"I'm not so sure you should go, Belle. I think its time to tell your parents!" Laverne urged.
"No, Laverne! Aaron asked me to come alone. He needs me...something must have happened." From a hook on the wall, Belle grabbed her father's cloak and slipped it on. She then climbed down the ladder. "I'll be fine guys! Please...cover me!"
"Belle!" Laverne called.
"Laverne, please! I'll be back soon, I promise.'' And with that, Belle rushed off.
Laverne sighed, "Be careful, kid."

Before leaving the Cathedral, Belle made sure to grab a torch from the stairwell. The streets were hauntingly quiet; it seemed like a totally different world in the dark. But before she could get very far, she spotted a guard and quickly ducked behind a wall. He came very close, scanned the area, and then left. As soon as he was gone, Belle rushed off down a steep hill to the wall of a windmill. Before going any further, she made sure there were no guards and then carefully crept out from behind the windmill.
Then, a man's voice boomed: "HEY! YOU THERE!"
Belle froze. This is it, she thought. But the guard rushed over to another man on a horse. "Captain's orders: More men are needed near Notre Dame."
Belle sighed a breath of relief and then ran off. When she had finally reached the bridge, she slid down the hill to the banks of the river. Once under the bridge, Belle took off the hood from her head and looked around. Aaron was no where to be seen.
"Aaron? Aaron!" Belle whispered as she paced up and down the bank. CRUNCH, Belle spun around. "Aaron, is that you?" Belle walked closer to the sound. Suddenly, an arm wrapped around her neck. A hand, holding a white cloth, covered her mouth. And before Belle could even scream, she fainted. The torch dropped from her hand and into the water, dousing the fire.

In the sky, the sun was slowly beginning to ascend from the clouds. Birds were merrily singing and people were beginning to awake and get ready for a busy day of work. BANG! The door to Quasi's and Madellaine's room flung open.  Madellaine had just finished making the bed.
"Belle! She didn't come back!" Hugo shouted.
"What? What are you talking about?" Madellaine's face was overcome with fear and confusion.  Meanwhile, Quasi was high in the bell tower ringing the bells. Laverne and Victor were trying their best to get his attention. "It's no use! He can't hear us over that confounded bell!" Victor shouted.
Laverne looked around, trying to find something that could help. "Over there!" She pointed to an old bell sitting in a corner.
"What are we going to do?"
"You're going to use your head!" Laverne replied.
"What?!"
"Just do it!"
Victor banged his head into the bell. The echo stirred throughout out the entire bell tower. Noticing the echo, Quasi ceased his ringing and hopped down. "What are you guys doing?" he asked.
"Belle! She never came back from last night! She went out!"
Quasi's mouth dropped open and then fear overcame him. "WHAT?!" Without hesitation, Quasi jumped down from the rafters and raced off.
Behind Laverne, Victor fainted. Quasi stopped dead in his tracks in front of Madellaine.  "Madellaine!" Quasi began.
"I know! I know! Belle's missing!"

Meanwhile, at the Palace of Justice, Phoebus and Zephyr were practicing fencing again. Just as Zephyr was about to pin his father, Madellaine came rushing in.
"Phoebus! Belle! She's missing! Quasi and I can't find her!"
Esmeralda rushed over and began to comfort Madellaine. Zephyr froze and dropped his foil. Phoebus ripped off his helmet and rushed over.
"Belle," Zephyr muttered.

"Wait a minute! Who's Aaron?" Quasi asked.
Laverne, Victor and Hugo were trying their best to explain to Quasi about everything. They were also trying to keep him calm. "Aaron's the kid that broke in here! But Belle felt sorry for him and so she befriended him," Victor answered.
Quasi shook his head. "Oh Belle," he whispered.
"He sent her this letter last night."Laverne handed Quasi the rolled up piece of paper.
"We're so sorry Quasi. We should have told you," Hugo apologized sadly.
"This has to be some kind of trap," Quasi growled. He threw down the piece of paper angrily and raced off. The gargoyles exchanged sad glances; they all felt at fault.

Phoebus and Zephyr were now sending guards all over Paris, searching for Belle. They too were on horseback searching every corner of the city. They only hoped she was still here, somewhere.
"Don't worry son, we'll find her," Phoebus reassured Zephyr, who was afraid something horrible had happened to her. His face was pale, but he still withheld his strong determination to find her.  "CAPTAIN! CAPTAIN!" rang the voice of Fuentes, who came from across the square. His clothes were dirty and ripped. His long black hair was in tangles. "The girl! Belle!" he sobbed.
"Fuentes!" Phoebus exclaimed.
"I saw the whole thing! A monster! I tried to stop him! But I couldn't!" Fuentes was on his knees, bent over, crying.
"Calm down! Tell me, what happened?! What did you see?!"
Zephyr's mouth was hanging open - he couldn't believe it. But now, as he listened to Fuentes, anger was replacing his fear.
"A man, in a dark cape --- riding a chestnut horse. He took her! Last night! I tried to save her, but he knocked me unconscious! I saw him ride off into the fields before I fainted! Oh you must save the poor girl!" Fuentes shouted and then broke down crying again.
Before Phoebus could even stand up, Zephyr sped past him heading for the fields.
"Zephyr! No! Wait!" Phoebus shouted and then mounted Achilles.
The creepy grin spread across Fuentes' face.

"Don't look at me like that, Henry," Aaron said. He was sitting in the corner of his room. The tiny pigeon was sitting at his feet, looking at him accusingly.
"There's nothing I can do!" Aaron insisted and then looked away. The pigeon cooed sadly and then waddled to the staircase. Aaron looked over at him; Henry flew and perched ontop of the railing and cooed again.
"I can't, Henry! I can't save her, all right? He'll have my head if I don't do what he says."
Again the pigeon cooed. Aaron turned his head and looked out the window. He began to think of all the things he had done with Belle. How much fun they had playing games and reading stories. And, especially, the first time she saw him. Belle saw him for who he really was.
"You're right, Henry. I have to stop feeling sorry for myself. I have to do what's right. Come on!" Henry quickly hopped on Aaron's shoulder. But before they could even make it to the first step, Fuentes appeared.
"And what do you think you are doing?" he asked. His hair was neatly combed and his clothes were again clean and new.
Aaron stared at him blankly. He didn't know what to say.
"You're supposed to be getting ready! I've already taken care of the Captain and his son. Things are going smoothly. I hope you weren't getting ideas of becoming 'Mr. Hero'."
Aaron looked away.
"Remember Aaron! She's in love with the Captain's son, not you. And you know why."
"Yes,"Aaron muttered.

Belle was slowly coming to. Her head was pounding and she felt dizzy. Finally, she managed to open her eyes, and above her all she could see was white. As she tried to move, she couldn't. Her hands and feet were bound by rope to the wooden table which she was lying on. As she looked around more she could tell she was in a basement. The only light was coming from a torch on a nearby wall. Cobwebs hung in every nook and cranny of the stone walls. Then Belle looked over to her right. There was a long rope tied to the wall, and underneath it was a candle. On closer inspection, Belle could see it was attached to the huge object which was suspended above her.
"Adonis!" a voice echoed. "Is the statue that hangs above you. It's quite heavy."
Belle looked around quickly, but she could see no one. Then, finally, Fuentes appeared from the darkness.
"Carlos! Please! Help me!" Belle cried.
"Oh I'm afraid I can't do that, dear. You see, I am the one that put you here."
Belle's eyes went wide. "What?!" she gasped.
"I'm so sorry I had to do this the hard way, but if you had just lent me, a simple sculptor, the gargoyle, none of this would have happened."
"You...you lied to me! You were never my friend! You didn't care about my paintings."
"Such a smart child,"Fuentes said as he pinched Belle's cheek. She quickly pulled away.
"Ohhh, whatever will I do? Belle's angry with me. Oh well. No time for sincere apologies, I must be going now. But I'll need this," Fuentes said as he pulled out one of Belles barrettes.
Belle stared at him angrily. But inside, she was terrified.
Fuentes then walked over to the candle and lit it. "You're an intelligent girl, I'm sure you can figure this out. I only hope your father cooperates! Adieu, sweet Belle!" Fuentes bowed and then disappeared.  Belle did her best to struggle free but it was no use. The flame from the candle was already beginning to wear away the rope.

Meanwhile, there was nothing Madellaine could do so she returned to Notre Dame with Esmeralda.  "Don't worry Madellaine. They'll find her!" Esmeralda reassured her. The two friends were sitting at the table. Madellaine's head was resting against her hand. "I just don't understand why she would leave!"  "Here," Laverne said ,handing Madellaine the letter.
"What's this?" Madellaine asked.
Laverne sighed. "Belle got that letter last night. It's from a kid, Aaron, she met. He's...he's the one who broke in."
Esmeralda gasped. Madellaine's eyes went wide as she cupped her hand over her mouth.
"It's no use! I can't find her!"Quasi said as he entered the room. His eyes were beginning to swell with tears and his voice was breaking. Madellaine immediately rushed over to him and embraced him. They both began to cry.

"Zephyr! Zephyr!" Phoebus shouted. Zephyr was getting close to the fields where Fuentes had told them he had seen Belle being taken. Of course, Fuentes had lied. But Zephyr was stubborn and he wasn't going to let anything stop him from getting Belle back. The two continued to race. Phoebus just couldn't get close enough to stop his son. Finally, Zephyr stopped once he had reached the wide open fields. The sky was gray and it looked like there was going to be rain.
"Zephyr!" Phoebus shouted.
"She's here! I know it! Somewhere," Zephyr told his father.
"Zephyr, listen to me! We don't know that!"
"What are you taking about, Dad?"
"Just because Fuentes told us what he saw doesn't mean it's necessarily true!"
"But it could be! He looked and sounded pretty convincing to me! And besides, no one has seen her in town."
"Zephyr...look, I know how much you care for her, but in situations like these we have to make sure we make as few mistakes as possible."
Zephyr looked away into the distance.
"We have to get back to town in case she shows up. I'll send some guards out here to search. Come on," Phoebus finally said and turned Achilles around.
Zephyr continued to sit. I promise Belle --- I'll find you! he thought and then rode after his father.

"Let's go," Fuentes ordered Aaron. Aaron slipped on his cloak and then looked over at the door to the basement. He looked down sadly. Once outside, Fuentes unhooked his horse from the wagon.
Aaron quickly glanced over at his uncle and then whispered to Henry: "Hurry! Go and get help, Henry." With that, Henry took off.
"I don't have all day!" Fuentes shouted. Aaron mounted the horse and then rode off towards Notre Dame.

It was now raining lightly outside and thunder began to boom above. All people were heading home, avoiding a potential storm. The streets were quickly deserted. Up in the tower of the Cathedral,  Esmeralda and Madellaine were at the table and Quasi was looking outside.
Esmeralda got up and walked over to him. "Quasi?" she said as she placed her hand on his back.  Quasi sighed. "I've never been so terrified in my life, Esmeralda. I don't know what I'll do if we don't find her."
Esmeralda looked at Quasi sadly and then placed her head on his shoulder. "I know Quasi...I know. I understand exactly how you feel, but we will find her."
Then from below, Quasi could hear the sound of a horse neighing. Fuentes and Aaron were getting off of the horse and heading inside.
"Who are they?" Quasi asked.
Madellaine got up and looked outside as well. "I think that's Carlos Fuentes!"
"But who's that with him?" Esmeralda asked.
Soon there was a loud pounding at the door below. Quasi quickly rushed down to answer it. When he opened the door, Fuentes quickly entered with Aaron behind him.
Quasi looked on, puzzled. "Can I help you?" he asked.
"Yes...I believe you can," Fuentes answered.

Phoebus and Zephyr were still making their way from the fields when a tiny pigeon landed on Phoebus' head.
"Uh, Dad?"
"Yes, Zephyr?"
"There's a bird on your head!"
"What?!" Phoebus said and then quickly took off his helmet. "Get out of here!" Phoebus shouted and then waved the bird away.
"Dad, wait! There's something attached to his leg!"
Phoebus quickly caught the pigeon and then took a small piece of paper from his leg.
It read: "Hurry! Please, whoever reads this, get to the basement of the old house as fast as you can!" Phoebus looked up.
"What is it, Dad?"
"We have to get to the old house! NOW!"
With that the two rushed off.

"I don't understand - why do you want the gargoyle?" Quasi asked.
Fuentes was now in the room with Madellaine and Esmeralda. The two women stared at Aaron, who was standing in a corner, still wearing his cloak.
"I have my reasons," said Fuentes. "Besides, a talking piece of stone would be worth a fortune!"
Everyone gasped. Quasi's mouth dropped open. Fuentes smiled and then pulled Aaron beside him. "Thanks to my spying nephew, we know your little secret."
"What makes you think I'd give you the gargoyle?" Quasi growled.
Fuentes' creepy grin stretched across his face as he flung Belle's barrette to Quasi's feet. Madellaine gasped; she recognized it right away. Quasi picked it up and then out of anger started for Fuentes.
"Don't take another step hunchback! Save your energy for your daughter! You'll need it to save her."
Madellaine placed her hands on Quasi reassuringly.
"So what will it be?" Fuentes asked.
"Tell us where she is, NOW!" Quasi shouted furiously.
"Not until you give me the gargoyle!"

Meanwhile, Phoebus and Zephyr had arrived at the house. The rain was coming down harder now, and thunder began to rumble in the sky above.
"Wait a minute Dad. This isn't like you! That letter came from out of nowhere and you're doing what it says?" Zephyr asked as he hopped off Zeus. "I mean, you said we have to make as few mistakes as possible."
"That's true son, but it'd be a mistake not to pay attention. This could be a significant clue - perhaps it's someone trying to tell us something. Then again, it could be a trap. But we're soldiers and we have to inspect this; we just have to be on guard. Come on."
With that Phoebus went up to the door. He knocked but when nobody answered, he had to kick the door in. He was amazed by the incredible furniture and works of art.
"Fuentes sure does go to a lot of effort not to skimp on decorating," Phoebus said as he looked around.
"Wow,"Zephyr said as he looked at a painting of Mona Lisa.
"Lets find the basement door," Phoebus said as he began flinging back the rugs from the floor.
As Zephyr continued to go room from room, Henry flew through a window and landed at his feet.  "You again!" Zephyr said. Henry flew off.
"Hey!" Zephyr shouted as he ran after him. The tiny pigeon landed by a small door. "Dad! I think I've found it!" Zephyr called.
"Let me go first, son." Phoebus opened the door to a large spiral, cement stairway. Both men walked carefully down the steps: it was cold and very damp. Rats ran past their feet.
"Why did it have to be rats!" Phoebus said. Finally they reached the bottom and immediately saw Belle.
"BELLE!" Zephyr shouted as he raced towards her.
"Zephyr! Hurry! It's about to break!" Belle warned. Both men rushed to her side immediately. Zephyr took his sword and cut Belle's hands free. Phoebus did the same with her feet. Zephyr grabbed Belle from the table just in time. The rope broke and the statue crashed right onto the table, smashing it into pieces. Belle buried her face in Zephyr's chest as he held her close.

"You've made a wise decision, hunchback," Fuentes said. He and Aaron were standing near the ladder, ready to leave. Aaron had a sack slung over his back. Laverne and Victor looked on nervously. On the floor, Esmeralda and Madellaine were tied up.
"I do apologize for the inconvenience, ladies, but we can't have you running off to the guards now, can we?" Fuentes then turned to Quasi. "All right, I'm a man of my word. Your precious Belle is in the basement of my house. And remember, her life's at jeopardy so you'd better hurry."
Quasi dashed outside onto the balcony. Climbing down the Cathedral would be quicker.
"Lets go," Fuentes ordered. But as the two were about to climb down, they heard Phoebus calling.  "Quasi! It's ok, we found Belle!"
Aaron smiled, relieved she was okay.
"No!" Fuentes hissed. "Hurry, hide!" he demanded as he pushed Aaron back into the tower. Aaron ran ahead but Fuentes stopped in front of Madellaine and Esmeralda. The two women looked up at him.
"Mmm," Fuentes said as he looked at Esmeralda.

"Mom! Dad!" Belle shouted as she appeared from the ladder. "MOM!" Belle shouted upon seeing Madellaine tied up. "Mom! What happened?!" Belle said as she pulled the handkerchief from her mother's mouth.
"Esmeralda!" Madellaine began. Fuentes appeared from behind a beam. He had one arm around Esmeralda. In his other hand he had a dagger to her neck.
Phoebus immediately drew his sword. "Fuentes! Let her go! NOW!"
"Mom!" Zephyr shouted as he too drew his sword.
"I suggest you put down your swords, gentlemen, if you want this woman alive!" Fuentes said.
"What are you doing?!" Phoebus asked angrily.
"Why, taking the gargoyle of course! Did you know they could talk? I'll be the richest man on earth! And with the captain's wife in my hands, I'll be sure to make a clean getaway! Or it could be messy if you want!" Fuentes said as he tightened his grip on Esmeralda.
"No!" Phoebus shouted as he and his son dropped their weapons.
"Very good. Lets go, Aaron."
Belle's eyes widened and her mouth dropped open as Aaron appeared from behind Fuentes.  "Aaron?!" Belle exclaimed.
Aaron looked at Belle sadly and then turned away.
"You --- you're a part of this?"
"Aaron is forever faithful to me dear! He does as I say," Fuentes explained.
Belle was overcome with shock. Her face showed it. Phoebus looked on angrily as Fuentes walked towards the ladder.
"Mom!" Zephyr shouted. He felt horrible because he knew there was nothing he could do.  "Farewell my friends! In a way, I hate to leave! And Belle," Fuentes turned to her, "perhaps someday I'll send you some of my work?"
Belle glared at him. Then suddenly, Quasi came swinging down on a rope, knocking Fuentes down to the second floor. Esmeralda immediately ran to Phoebus. He hugged her tightly.
"He's mine!" Zephyr shouted as he raced down the ladder.
"Zephyr no! Wait!" Phoebus shouted.
"Zephyr!" Belle yelled. Despite the fall, Fuentes hurriedly got to his feet. He grabbed a sword from a nearby statue. He went for Zephyr but he ducked out of the way. Everyone rushed to the ledge.
"Did I forget to mention? I'm an excellent fencer!" Fuentes shouted as he began dueling with Zephyr.
"You're probably lying about that too!" Zephyr yelled as he went for Fuentes but missed.
"Well let me prove it to you!" Fuentes took his sword and slashed Zephyr's arm, sending him to the floor. Zephyr had lost his sword and, as a result, was now lying defenseless on the floor.
"No!" Belle gasped. Aaron looked at Belle: he knew how much she cared for Zephyr. Aaron had decided he was not going to make any more mistakes.
"Enough!" Phoebus said as he hurriedly climbed down the ladder. But before Fuentes could hit Zephyr with his sword, Aaron jumped down on him, sending him to the other side of the room. Aaron landed outside, on the balcony where the rain was coming down so hard, it hurt. Fuentes was stunned at first, but he quickly stood and retrieved his sword.
Phoebus rushed to Zephyr. "Are you okay, son?"
"I'll be all right, Dad," he replied.
Fuentes rushed outside. "You fool! You dropped the gargoyle! How could you do this to me?!" Fuentes screamed at Aaron as he went to strike him with his sword. Fortunately, Aaron was able to get out of the way.
"You're nothing but a traitor! And now, you will pay!" Fuentes continued trying to hit Aaron but he missed every time.
Meanwhile Belle rushed to the balcony. "Aaron!" she called for him.
But Fuentes was relentless: he wanted Aaron dead for betraying him. Finally, Aaron went over the balconies railing, clinging to one of the stone figures.
"You think that is going to save you?" Fuentes said as he began to climb out as well. Aaron couldn't believe his eyes. As Fuentes was about to strike Aaron again, Henry flew into his face, beating his wings furiously. Fuentes grabbed the birds wings but he was unable to retain his footing and fell.
"HENRY!" Aaron shouted.
"HAAAAAAA!" Fuentes screamed as he fell into the deep fog below.
"No," Aaron muttered as he put his face into his hand.
Belle rushed to the ledge. "Aaron!" she said as she held out her hand. Aaron took it and Belle helped him back over. "Oh Aaron, are you hurt?"
"Henry..." was all Aaron could say. Belle hugged him. Then a small sound could be heard from below. Aaron and Belle looked over the ledge. There, appearing out of the thickness of the fog, was Quasi! He was caring Fuentes over his shoulder. Henry was perched on the other.
"Dad!" Belle shouted. A huge grin spread across Aaron's face. Quasi handed Henry to Aaron, who quickly embraced the small bird.
"Be careful, I think his wing is broken," Quasi said. Belle beamed as she watched Aaron in all his glory; he had his friend back. Meanwhile, Phoebus, Zephyr, Esmeralda and Madellaine were standing near the great columns, smiling.

"Well, it looks as if I was right this time," Phoebus gloated later on. Quasi and Madellaine were standing near the table and Esmeralda had her arm around Phoebus.
Esmeralda rolled her eyes. "Yes Phoebus, you were right this time."
Phoebus smiled. "Ok, everything seems to be in order now. Except...Fuentes --- uh, what, exactly, did you do with him, Quasi?"
Quasi smiled. "Oh, nothing. He's just enjoying the great scenery."

Outside, Fuentes was moaning and groaning. He was tied up in rope, hanging from a stone gargoyle.
"Serves you right! You ingrate!" Hugo shouted from afar. Djali was standing next to him and bleated in agreement.
"Please! Let me down!  Please! I promise I'll be good! Just let me do--o--o--o--wn!" Fuentes shook as he pleaded. Suddenly, he could hear cooing coming from above. He looked up and saw a group of pigeons perched just over his head. All of them turned around, revealing their bottoms, and--- ger plop!
"I HATE PIGEONS!" he screamed. All the gargoyles started laughing.

Meanwhile, on the balcony, Belle was talking to Aaron, who was sitting on the railing. The rain had stopped, and the sun was now setting over the clouds in the distance. Henry was perched on his shoulder, his wing was all wrapped in cloth. Bell scratched Henry's head and the pigeon cooed happily. Belle sighed.  "Please...stay here with us, Aaron," Belle said.
"I can't, Belle, I have to go. Maybe, somewhere out there, I have family. I have to try and find them."
Belle forced a smile. "I know, but I'm really going to miss you!" She embraced Aaron tightly.
"I'll never forget you Belle...ever."
As the two parted, Belle exclaimed: "Oh! Wait! I wanted to give you something." She quickly rushed inside and grabbed one of her paintings. Once she returned, she handed the canvas to Aaron.  "Wow," Aaron whispered as he gazed at it. It was a multi colored painting...of him!
"You inspired me, Aaron," Belle explained.
Tears began to swell in his eyes. "I don't look this wonderful."
"No! You do...this is how I see you," Belle said as she placed her hand on his.
Aaron smiled. "I'd better get going," Aaron said as he stood. "Thank you --- for everything, Belle. I know I'll never meet anyone like you...but if I can meet someone, someone who can see past my face, then I know I can make it out there."
"Belle?" Zephyr called. Belle spun around to him, but when she looked back to Aaron, he was  gone. As Belle looked out onto the magnificent view, she smiled.
"Good--bye Aaron," she whispered.
Zephyr appeared with his right arm was bandaged. He placed his hand on Belle's shoulder. "Hey, where did that Aaron guy go? I never got to thank him."
Belle turned to Zephyr. "Don't worry, he knows, Zephyr. He knows." Zephyr smiled and held Belle close. Then, he kissed her. Belle wrapped her arms around him. Not far way, Aaron was standing on a gargoyle, his cloak was whipping in the wind. He turned to his friend and said:
  "Come on Henry, lets go!"

       THE END

(It is now night time and crickets can be heard chirping)
