INGREDIENTS
3C. DRY ELBOW MACARONI
1 EGG
1\2C. MILK
2C. GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
SALT AND PEPPER
DIRECTIONS
BOIL NOODLES BY PACKAGE DIRECTIONS UNTIL DONE TO TASTE.
IN A SEPERATE BOWL MIX MILK, EGG, SALT AND PEPPER, AND 1\4C.OF CHEESE
AFTER DRAINING THE NOODLES SET OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 350 DEGREES.
IN CASSEROLE DISH ADD NOODLES AND POUR MILK MIXTURE OVER THEM.
MIX IN 1C. OF CHEESEAND STIR UNTIL NOODLES ARE WELL COATED.
ADD REMAINING CHEESE TO TOP OF DISH AND BAKE APPROX. 30 MINS. OR UNTIL MILK\EGG MIXTURE HAS FIRMED.
SERVES 6 ( UNLESS EITHER OF MY YOUNGER SISTERS ARE AROUND)

CHICKEN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
3 MEDIUM CHICKEN BREASTS (BONELESS, SKINLESS)
1 PACKAGE OF BREAD CRUMBS (ABOUT 4 CUPS)
1 CAN OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1CAN OF CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
2 CANS OF MIXED VEGETABLES (DRAINED)
SALT AND PEPPER
DIRECTIONS
BOIL CHICKEN BREASTS UNTIL COMPLETELY COOKED.
IN SEPERATE BOWL MIX BOTH CANS OF SOUP, 1\2 BREAD CRUMBS, AND BOTH CANS OF MIXED VEGETABLES. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO THIS MIXTURE.
MIX SOUP MIXTURE AND CHICKEN INTO CASSEROLE PAN.
SPRINKLE REMAINING BREAD CRUMBS ON TOP OF CASSEROLE.
HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. BAKE CASSEROLE UNTIL ALL CONTENTS ARE THROUGHLY HEATED.

EASY MEAT LOAF

INGREDIENTS
2 LBS. OF GROUND BEEF
1 PACKAGE OF LIPTON ONION SOUP MIX
1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK
KETCHUP (ABOUT A CUP)
DIRECTIONS
MIX HAMBURGER, SOUP MIX, AND EVAPORATED MILK INTO A LARGE BOWL
MIX COMPLETELY AND FORM INTO LOAF
PLACE INTO LOAF PAN AND COOK IN PRE HEATED OVEN(325 DEGREES) FOR APPROX. 1 HOUR DRAINING OFF ANY EXCESS GREASE ABOUT EVERY 15 MINS.
LASTLY, ABOUT 15 MINS BEFORE THE LOAF HAS FINISHED COOKING ADD KETCHUP TO TOP AND FINISH BAKING.
