Meal 4

5 ounces Tuna w/ jalapenos and mayonnaise

1 starch

1 vegetable

 

Meal 5

2 scoops mass tech w/ 1 pint skim milk

 

Post training supplementation

1 serving cell-tech hardcore, 30 minutes later 2 servings of nitro-tech hardcore

90 minutes after taking nitro tech hardcore eat meal six.

6 ounces Chicken breast
