Lifting Technique Instruction:*
- Descriptions of various upper and lower body supplemental lifting exercises.
*Warning: A written description of a lifting technique is in no way an adequate substitute to proper training and supervision when attempting a new exercise for the first time. Make sure someone with sufficient knowledge, training, and experience is assisting you when attempting an unfamiliar exercise.
