A Christo-Pagan section has been added, along with a new Lupercalia discussion. The old mailing list, and the webboard, are history; new ones have taken their place.

The mirror sites at Fiberia and Darksites have come and gone. We'd can't recommend that you do business with these two providers. Other pages are no longer with us, as well.

The mirror at GoPlay has vanished, as has GoPlay itself. Good riddance! Much to our dismay, we discovered that GoPlay, in at least one case, had persisted in hosting a site that included links to kiddie porn, even after we and a number of other subscribers wrote in to inform them of the situation. (The user, "Gorgek", was so proud of his abomination, that he even bragged about it on his front page! Word of this event soon spread around one of GoPlay's forums, leading a number of subscribers to look, and see that this rumor happened to be true). GoPlay had no response to this, but its' sponsors certainly did. GoPlay found that it couldn't find advertisers, and went out of business.

Please note that http://i.am/demipagan is no longer in service. Our former redirect provider is still up, but we've decided to stop doing business with them.

August 6, 2004: "Saying Goodbye: Our Publisher Meets the Acolytes" has been pulled together into a readable narrative, no mean trick considering the number of subplots. Some might wonder why we left out the incidents that took place online. The answer is that once we did so, we discovered that we didn't seem to lose any plot details. What we were seeing was literally that repetitive, which given the conformism of most of the parties in question, probably is to be expected. As we've said before, take it as an illustration of why we don't want the fluffies around; these are not nice people.
