Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sherry
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 egg

For the Sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp ketchup
1 cup water
3 tsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce.

Preparation:

Mix all items to make meatballs and form into small balls. Place on foil-lined cookie sheet and bake in 350° C oven until done.

Mix items for sauce and put in pan over medium heat and cook till thickened. If any garnishes are to be added, just put them in
with the sauce when it is cooked. When thickened, add meatballs and serve.
