    Sweet Potatoe Casserole
Ingredients:
Bottom Layer

3 cups (or cans) mashed sweet potatoes.
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
pinch of salt

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, pour into a casserole dish and bake on 325 for 30 min.

Top Layer
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 cup cornflakes (crushed)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans



DirectionCombine all ingredients put on top of casserole and bake an additional 10 min.-or until golden brown and crispy
Cinnamon Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:  

1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup flour
2 Tbs. cream of tartar
1Tbs. baking soda
1/4 tsp. of salt

Directions:

Roll together to a dough, mix together 2 Tbs. of sugar and 2 Tbs. of cinnamon
and sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 degrees on ungreased pan for 8-10 min.
Kiss Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbs. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda


Directions:
Mix ingredients together, add 1 3/4 cups of flour. roll into balls, then you need to roll into sugar (you will need extra). Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake on 350 degrees for 8-10 min.
Let cool a bit and add unwrapped kiss.
No Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
6 Tbs. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups oatmeal (un-cooked)
1 Tbs. vanilla


Directions;
Put butter, milk, sugar and cocoa in a bowl, microwave for 5 1/2 min.(stirring every 2 min.)
mix in 3 cups oatmeal and add vanilla.
Drop onto wax paper by the spoonful,
cool......Then ready to eat!!!
Buck Eyes
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 20 ounce jar peanutbutter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 large bag semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Directions:
Mix all together, from into balls, chill for 30 min.

Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler until smooth, dip balls covering completely, place on non-stick cookie sheet or wax paper, chill until firm.
Eat and Enjoy!!
