  “CHRIST TRUTH LEAGUE STAND”

The aim of our work is to teach and practice a higher, deeper, and more practical understanding of the Gospel as taught  and lived by Jesus Christ, that man may receive full benefit of the Work of the Savior.

Our aim is to express the Truth of Christ; our purpose is to prove we of course believe in the One God of the Hebrews and the One Father of Jesus Christ.  We believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ as a record of His works, by which He ushered a more excellent way of life into the experience of the human race, (the Gospel of the kingdom of God on earth: G.R.D.). We believe this better way of life means a new, more vital life that we may live in the present time. We believe all future benefit is dependent upon present Application of the Live Principle. We believe a conscious, confident practice of the true Christ Doctrine on the part of those who consider themselves Christians would be such a vital force as to solve many of the problems of humanity.  We believe that such a conscious, confident practice of the Christ Truth Doctrine is the only guaranteed solution to the problems of the nations. We believe that Christians have a secret weapon in the understanding use of impersonal love: a weapon capable of subduing all the forces of the world which, in realities have already been overcome by Jesus Christ. In this we include ungodly or dictatorial ideologies. Our goal is to practice this quality of love, while recommending in to all of God’s people for practical use. We could be described as  interdenominational, because we adhere to the  ideas of the Kingdom of God within everyone and Christ in all of us, our “hope of glory.”

Years ago we made a statement of purpose.  It still stands:

“The CHRIST TRUTH LEAGUE is a  fellowship of sincere students  seeking practical application of the Law of Life as taught and lived by the Master   of Life, Jesus Christ. We aspire to that saving grace that teaches, preaches, and heals;  that quickens with life the dormant hopes and unfulfilled ideals in the individual and in the race.”

“ THE GOLDEN RULE THROUGHOUT MANY FAITHS”
Rev. Gene R. de Vaux

Men may differ grossly in what and how they worship, but not in why and how they  believe they should behave. They may be divided by their form of worship, or in other  ways such as in the scriptures, but there is a “Golden Thread,” that runs through the many  faiths. Could the Omnipresent God, have inspired the writers of these various religions?
