Fresh snow peas (200g), Sausages ( 100g).
Salt (10g) , Peanut oil (35g), Sugar, Rice wine , cornstarch (5g)
1.Steam the sausages and slice. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
2. Heat water and add 5g of salt. Blanch the snow peas in the boiling water for a few seconds and remove.
3.Heat a wok over high heat, add the peanut oil, the beas, 5g of salt, sugar, rice wine, then stir-fry. Sprinkle with the cornstarch mixture, and remove to a plate.
4. Reheat a wok, stir-fry the sausages and remove to the plate on the peas . Serve.
