3. Negative and Positive Sources. Negative sources come in the form of person, situation and spirit. I would say, that our purpose and point in life is to fight and navigate our way through it. The best ways to dispel negativity in all forms, is to cope with it through humour, trust, hope and love. Humour and making light of a situation, can ease stress and ripple out positive energy. Naturally, this must be from "pure humour" and not humour directed at mocking another. Trust, enables us to believe that a disagreeable situation will pass and we will survive. Hope, gives us a futuristic vision, something we may cling fast to when we are in the midst of a negative situation. Love, the antithesis (or opposite) of hate, distrust, and fear, is the ultimate tool in surviving negativity and creating a productive environment. Each of us will struggle for balance in relation to positive vs negative. This is natural and part of life. However, remembering we have power is essential. Remember, you are here to learn and that sometimes you are obligated to protect yourself from both "seen" and "unseen" forces.
4. Like Energies Follow in Kind. You've heard the saying, "birds of a feather flock together". Energies follow the same rule. Positive attracts positive and negative attacts only more of it's self. So in daily life, we must remember how one's mood may affect an environment or person(s). Try always to keep positive person's around you, and help them maintain good health and emotion. Life will throw many dark and bad things and situations your way. Counterbalance it with the light. You must also be aware of your emotional balance on a daily basis. Check yourself internally every morning. How do you feel? What can you do to improve this? The answers may be simple or more complicated. The goal is to always strive towards the light which is God.
5. Speak to your guides and guardians. Talk to them like you would your earthly friends. In fact, they will better understand you than any earthly friend could. The difference is that they see the larger picture. They can view your life's journey back and forth. Also, they know all about your past lives and experiences in the afterlife. The best and most loyal friends are they. No conditions are set on their love. You do not need to be anything but yourself with them. They will never care about your weight, financial situation or station in life. As for my experience, I find that they make themselves known in kindly acts. They often help with daily life. Guides and guardians do not only show up when you are in crisis, they watch you do all types of mundane activities from eating dinner to brushing your hair. They have been told to never leave your side (until you cross over and they have fulfilled their promise). Often, people ignore them. This can be very discouraging to them. Although they understand why most do not acknowledge them, they always hope that one day they will be clearly heard and spoken to. Some of your guide circle may have persons which you knew in this physical life. When they cross over they become a guardian. Simply keep talking to them as you did in life. If you had problems or issues with them, tell them about it. Tell them your grievance. Show them any reprocussions to their personal involvement with you...good or bad. As for the other guides, you should attempt to build a stronger interactive relationship. You will notice things occurring (reminders, what would seem like strange coincidences etc). These events will signal that a relationship between you and your helpers is strong.
6. Limit the power of the physical world. We all get caught up in it don't we? We ask ourselves, "How much money do I make" "Why can't I be as beautiful as they?" "Will I ever be rich?" These questions are valid; they do have meaning. They are questions we ask ourselves daily. However, when it becomes a fixation then it can be spiritually disruptive. I myself always fight to strike a balance between the physical and spiritual world. I find when I become to tranfixed on a physical goal, I cannot hear my guides as clearly and my mood become more negative. I believe knowing that something greater exists beyond a piece of property will make it seem trite. One cannot take anything physical too seriously, when considering how quickly it can leave us. Since we cannot keep an item (or body) forever, we simply cannot become too attached. We also, can never equate our personal value by them either. One can become grossly arrogant and elitist. The greatest evil acts and events occur around the subject of money, property or affluence. Beauty and an obsession with sexual life can also become a problem. I am no prude. I do not shun sexuality. Although, one must be responsible in how it will affect others and themselves. Also, any fixation on attaining or entertaining beauty also can be a useless excercise. Age will have it's way and despite technology, we will all die. Remember that your soul must always be the priority. If you are considered physically beautiful, you cannot believe it will always be, and you cannot ever believe you are more worthy of love. If you are not considered physically beautiful, your challenge is to work harder to be beautiful to the outside world. However, a beautiful and contented soul will always show through. This is no cliche...I myself have seen it in people I have known. They become very beautiful....and in fact their "true essence" is for certain.
