4. You may be feeling sadder or more depressed than usual. Again, the negative energy is starting to wear you down. The spirits who are almost always earthbound with ouija's are in a state of sadness and depression themselves. They feel alone and usually obsess about one or two main things (examples include: that they killed someone or killed themselves.) These spirits are often very deranged and so it's only a matter of time until regular dealings with them will rub off on you. You will start to adopt their depression and sadness. This is potentially a very precarious situation for you. Also, please take note if people are asking what is wrong with you and why you are acting diffently. The people around you know you very well, they'll sense you are not fully being yourself.

Long Term Solution: Stop using the board immediately and do not return to it. You are an extremely empathic person. Your ability for absorbing emotion will get you into further trouble.
5. You may be experiencing manifestations at home even when not using the board. This may have been inadvertant or unintentional in your case, but somehow you've drawn the spirit out of their "void" and into your home environment. As I have said before if you have given them permission to enter your sphere then you will get what you get. But, this may have been done by accident to be fair. So, you are noticing that things are not as calm as they used to be around your home. Family members may also be emotionally affected by the presence of the spirit(s) you've allowed in. Also, you may now have a traditional ghost or poltergeist situation on your hands. You may have items move of their own accord and see strange shadows or hear disembodied voices. As you may already know spirits once free to do what they will, will certainly make things uncomfortable.

Preventative Measure: Don't use a ouija and if you do be very clear about where "they" should stay.

Long Term Solution: You now have a spirit in you home. Now you cannot put the genie back in it's bottle so to speak. Firstly rid of the board responsibly (next section coming up) and then you'll have to do a house blessing or clearance. This may or may not work. Also if you know the name of the spirit or what they referred to themselves as then call them by this name. Tell them to leave. Tell them to go to the light. Tell them their families are waiting for them. Tell them they are forgiven for whatever transgressions. Just say anything to make them go to the afterlife. It is your responsibility to try to finish what you began.
How To Responsibly Rid of a Ouija Board
So, you've probably heard stories about attempts to discard a ouija and how it's bad luck and such. Firstly nothing is luck or chance in the universe. Everything is planned very carefully. So, you will not die or befall some horrible fate if you dispose of a ouija either made by you or purchased. I think just believing in this can create a self fulfilling prophecy situation, where you think every bad thing that will happen to you after is somehow associated with disposing the ouija.

So relax. There are methods told to me by my guide that helped me dispose of mine with respect and peace of mind. Afterall, it's your responsibility to complete this task. If you are the owner or main user of a board, you are now responsible to the soul you disrupted for whatever purpose you originally had. Yes, you could simply give the board away to another or throw it out to possibly be found by another. I do not recommend this though. You are only spreading more negativity around and by your choice allow others to possibly experience the same discomfort, unhappiness or depression you may have had. I repeat you must complete your task, you are fully responsible.
Okay, your getting tired of the ouija you own. You feel fatigued, afraid, and disallusioned. What to do? How do you dispose of this item responsibly and with peace of mind?

METHOD 1. Better for Paper and Cardboard Ouija's

Bury the board. Of course your responsibility does not end there. You must give the board which is in affect a portal, back to God. Often ouija's are attached to you when you use them continuously. You are the owner of it whether you like it or not. So you must relinquish it to a high power, one who can close the portal. You must say aloud over the board something to the affect of, "I give this board owned by me in spirit to God (use your own name for God) who is the Earth." Also, ask that God close this portal. Then say a prayer for the soul(s) you encountered on the board that they may find their way back home to the other side. Ask that they be helped. Take the ouija and fold it (since this is best for paper and cardboard ouija's) or put it down with the main side down. The weather and water will make short work of it within a year or two. If you bury it deep enough and in a good spot no one should discover it.
METHOD 2. Better for Solid Boards Made of Wood or Plastic

Burn the board. If you have a proper place, you can burn the ouija board. You may choose to burn the board no matter what it's made of. But the wood and plastic types do not biograde the same way as paper or cardboard for the earth method. Just a little warning though. Do not burn the plastic type of board in your home. Very simply, there's just too many dangerous chemicals to deal with. So, an outside ventilated fire will suit this job much better when it comes to the plastic type. The method is similar but instead you say, "I give this board owned by me in spirit to God (use your own name for God) who is Fire." Also, ask that God close the portal. Then say a prayer for the soul(s) you encountered while using the board. Ask that they they be helped in finding their own way back home on the otherside. Place the board in the fire and make sure it gets completely destroyed. I wouldn't worry about the ashes though.
