Often, a little girl will say to me, "Nurse Bridget, when I grow up, I would like to be just like you". That is the sweetest thing I can think of. You know that I am a Rubber Nurse and probably wonder whatever is a Rubber Nurse?

Put simply a Rubber Nurse is a lady who works with rubber, usually in a girls' home. I take care of the rubber things here. In a girls' home there are many more things than in just a house. Most of these are the same kinds of things: Curtains and drapes, we have over 36 windows; dinner tables, over 6, all of which need tableclothes, dressers and beureaus over 18 of those, and bedspreads for our girls of which we have over a dozen and just things like that. Becaus there are so many, it helps burstingly if they are made of material that is easy to care for. You do not know how much work they would be othersise. it would also help if the material is very feminine so thet the place is girlish and promotes ladylike ways. Rubber is all those things; it wipes up easily and does not stain easily, it is soft and smooth and can be gotten in many colors and print designs and can be very sheer, iridescent or pearlescent. So it saves work and is just soooo girlish. I also enjoy feeling it with my hands and could work with it all day and night as long as it does not touch may body I am fine. This is also true of most everyone here so we are all happy with it

Well, then you may ask, what makes you a "Nurse"? for so many years, a nurse was a person who cared for children; teaching them, seeing to their needs, fixing up scrapes and bumps, both on their bodies and in their hearts. And do not think that it was all sweetness and love. A nurse could chastize with the best of them and in many ways be a bit more nasty because she chastized in a feminine way so what was lacking in physical force was made up for in nastiness AND she took a certain amount of pleasure in it. All of the ladies here are nurses, even housemistress Sandra. We can all set broken bones, fix cuts and administer lifesaving techiques and drugs and read vital signs and deal with irregularities. We can tell just by how a little girl smells if she is well or not or how she is treated and what to do if there is something wrong. So, I am a nurse who works with rubber. Chastity Nurse deals with things like wetting and what goes on between a girl's legs (although I know most of what she knows except in the context of chastizement) and Excerciae Nurse knows much about how to keep girls active and pert. Housemistress' specialty is things like posture, diet and feelings. My special nurse's knowledge is about discipline and chastizement. So I am a nurse who chastizes and uses rubber to do it although any nurse here can do most of what the other nruses do--including administer a good sound wetsy of almost any kind.

Now you probably wonder what are the things that I do as a rubber nurse. Most of what I do is because mommies are too weak-willed to do the proper things themselves so they push it all off on me.

1. After talking with her Mommy, Mistress or Stepnother about why Little Girl needs rubber, I decide if a Little Girl would benefit from rubber training. First I look at her, smell her, listen to her voice, learn her name and finally, see what happens when she actually has rubber used on her. I do this by taking all her clothes off putting rubber panties on her and one of the pull-over rubber bibs and swaddle her legs. The I rub her nipples, tummy, knees, thighs, hips bottom and finally her flower. While I am doing this, I pay attention to how she moans, cries, screams, wets and sobs. If necessary, I recommend changes in things like her name or how she is treated and made to smell and those kinds of things
2. I decide for what she needs rubber, things like being overactive, forward, gossipy or proud and what kind of rubber treatment she needs, I put all this down in the Rubber Nurse's Certificate.
3. I teach mommy how to rubber chastize her little one and enjoy it or make appointments to go to the Little Girl's house and chastize her as needed, I also make appointments to see the Little Girl and see if she is getting better. After that, I show Mommy, Mistress or Stepmother new reasons to use rubber on the Little Girl and new ways to use it. Also show Mommy, Mistress, or Stepmother the advantages of keeping her little one as a full-time Rubber Little Girl and how to do that. Like the Rubber Fairy, I enjoy visiting these persons from time to time.
4. I show good little girls how to use rubber on their dollies
5. I teach classes on Discipline, Humiliation and Cahstizement and how to use rubber and how to care for rubber, both to grownups and little girls as part of training them to be proper young ladies.
6. As part of the staff or RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME I take care of the little girls here and see to their rubber needs, and be rest assured EVERY Little Girl has rubber needs
7. I have the very pleasant task, along with Housemistress Sandra, who also loves to feel rubber with her hands, of taking care of all the rubber things around here such as curtains, bedspreads, aprons, table and dresser covers , diapers, panties, bedlinens and all the wonderful rubber things we use. AND fondle our two Rubber Little Girsl every chance I get and look for excuses to chastize them, Especially Christine.
8. I promote the use of rubber every chance I get.

I am sure that the big question you have for me is "How did you become a Rubber Nurse?" Well, when I was 16, to prove she was not lying so that she could have my trust, Rubber Fairy took me to Fairyland for the summer vaction and tutored me in what she does. She even kind of broke the rules and tought me some of how to use her Rubber Fairy wand, just in case I needed some "help" in my studies at Nursing School and Rubber Nurse school :giggle: Then when I graduated I went to Nursing School for 2 years. During my summer vacations, I went to Rubber Nurse school. There are only two of these in the world; L'ecole des Fluerettes in paris, which teaches French rubber nursing and Rubber Nurse Svenska, in Stockholm, which teaches Swedish Rubber Nursing. Rubber Fairy saw to it that I had full scholarships to all the schools. French and Swedish styles of rubber nursing are a bit different. the French style pays more attention to having the right materials and knowing how to use them and the Swedish style gets more involved in the socilal work (and you know how nasty social workers are) and child care kinds of things, which means how to make a Little Girl's life miserable. After I finiisned Nursing School I went back to Fairyland for discipline and chastizement training in the Fairy style for the summer, then I went back to Swedish rubber nursing school from that full until the next and then I went back to L'ecole des Fleurettes until the next fall So that I had 4 solid years of school, and since I studied during the summers, it was more like 6, after which Sandra and I were married in Fairyland. Also in Fairyland, I was given a full-size model of the Rubber Fairy's wand, several tiaras, one of which had been Lady Rubber Tarilyn's and Sandra and I were given wedding trusseau's by the Queen, I will not tell you which of us was the Bride and which was Housemistress (it does not mean the same as we use it here). And I was given some Rubber Lady outfits to wear for specila occasions that have as the cloak clasp a gold and pink copy of the bloom of the Rainflower tree, which supplies the Fairies with all their rubber.
