Lady D'Arielle defined waywardness as being self-absorbed and uncaring of others. To her the signs of this are: being whiney, overactive, disobedient, forward, gossipy, trollop and most of all proud. She said that there were several methods to be used to eliminate and prevent waywardness: Teaching; making the girl understand what is expected of her. Appearance; the girl is to be groomed in such a way as to appear femininie. Occupation; giving the girl much to do so that she does not have time to go into herself. Clothing; dressing the girl so that she is attractive and her body may be gotten at by grownup ladies (short sleeves and above the knee skirts) and rubber.
Of rubber, lady D'Arielle said: "When this material first became common, we wished to use it for just about everything as it is easy to keep, fairly durable, can be gotten in many colors and can be anything from clear to opaue and is relatively inexpensive in relation to all of this, which when you have many girls to keep is a valualbe thing in itself as it frees up time, money and effort needed to care for it . To the hand it feels so vely femnine that we thought it would be ideal for linens and clothing, especilly undergarments. so we tried this idea out. Our first trials showd that, since rubber of all kinds is non-woven, it trapped moisture and became sticky to the body so we tried putting powder under it. The result was quite horrible. First, it has a kind of dry sliminess that while a delight to the hand, offends the body. Second, it causes feeling on the more feel-prone parts of the body that are unpleasantly strong and distractiong. Third, the lack of control over the feelings of one's body is demeaing and humiliating."
Lady D'Arielle, as do we, believed it is wrong to hit little girls but was in a quandry as, like us she felt that "Chastizement ought to make the miscreant feel things on her body that are unpleasant. "Rubber does this estremely well and when massaged on a girl's chastity area. provides very satisfactory results, causing deep, unpleasant feelings, convulsive loss of control over the body, wetting and feelings of being humiliated and raped." For this reason, we find that rubber is the ideal form of chastizement for girls showing any of the signs of waywardness, .Against whininess, it reminds the Litle Girl of past chastizements and the promise of more, It is good to prevent overactivity becasue a Little Girl does not want to move around much since the material rubs on her when she does. For disobdeience it offers a way to keep a Littlel Girl ready to chastize at a moment's notice. As a cure of forwardness, no one so dressed wishes to call attention to herself. To fight off gossipiness, would you believe anyone in diapers and rubber panties? Being between a Little Girl's legs and providing unpleasant feelings there, rubber is a natural defense against trollopiness and how can ANYONE be proud, when, on the whim of another, she can be reduced to a sobbing, wriggling, wettinh baby?".
For all the right reasons, rubber is right.
