The innermost rubber
panty should be changed with each diaper. You will want them to be snap-on so
that you needn't take the two outside pair of them off to change her. For a nice
little girl, you want to call as little attention to the diapering and rubber
panties as possible.
When pantying her or changing her, lay her down and
put her panties on her one at a time. Before putting each panty on her shake
them out and fluff them up where she can see them so that she knows that they
are going on her. When changing her, pull her panties down and back up one at a
time. Take extra-long to make sure that each panty is proper in place to keep
