EXERCIZE TRAINING
If you have ever seen a RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME girl, you will notice that,
without exception they are pert, cute and make you want to just fondle and kiss them
for just ever. Part of this is beucase they get a certain amount of exerciae in the normal
course of the things thay do. Sometimes, however, one will get a little lazy and fall behind.
Well, for her, if she does not mend her ways when told to, there is Rubber Exercize Training.
This gives her the needed body activity and the desire not to fall behind again. For a Rubber Little
Girl, who tries to avoid moving around so that she will not feel the material rubbing her body, it
is a daily "ritual" that takes only about an hour and is done in two parts.
PART 1
- Little Girl is put into her rubber diaper, cloth diaper rubber panties and rubber babydoll.
- She is laid on the rubber-covered pad just like she will be given a wetsy
- Each of her arms and legs is swaddled lightly in rubber
- Exercize Nurse starts by rubbing the Little Girl's nipples and tummy to make her wriggle.
- Then she works each limb. bending it and then straightening it out again a few times and
rubs it so that the rubber that it is wrapped in massages it, making the arm or leg twitch.
this is done a few times to each arm and leg.
- Then Exerciae Nurse goes back to rubbing the Little Girl's body, then the top of her leg,
paying close attention to the insside thigh, then the hips and thighs
- She works around the thighs and hips, gradually getting further between the legs, by now, Little
Girl iw wriggling vigorously,
- Rubbing the hips and thighs, Nursie pays more and more attention to the flower area and is soon rubbing
only the flower. Little Girl is wriggling quite vigorously and crying as the wetsy comes
PART 2
- Little Girl is given a baby bottle of water to drink and lightly fondled
- Her rubber sleeping bag is made ready for her to Fidget and she is put inside
to do just that
- By the end of this she is tired and left to lay in her rubber sleeping bag until Exercize Nurse decides
to let her out of it.
If thiis is not sufficient, she is kept all the time in her rubber babydoll/wetsy clothes
and given exercize training until she is caught up and decides to not be lazy.
