God's Plan of Salvation

Friends, Keep in mind that The Bible contains both BAD NEWS and GOOD NEWS. The bad news is something about Us. The good news is something about God.

Bad News # 1:     We are sinners

Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God

What is Sin?

Missing the mark or target! Not getting a bull's eye! Falling short of God's righteous standard! Violating God's Law or His righteous standard in any way! We sin by what we commit or to leave undone or to neglect God's Law and His righteous standard.

Guess what?

The Bad News gets Worse!

Bad News # 2:  The penalty of sin is death.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death

Here are the Good News!

Good News # 1:      Christ died for us.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Just as the bad news get worse, the Good News get Better!

Good News # 2:     We can be saved through faith in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast.

Friends, if you are reading this letter and do not know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, it is my prayer that you would consider the claims of the Word of God and trust Christ Jesus as your personal Savior. Salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ is mankind's only answer that makes sense. Have you trusted in Him as your Savior? You can say a prayer in your own heart and ask Him to forgive you and to become your Savior. If you do, please tell someone, If you would like to talk with someone, send your Email to: [email protected]
